A question for cis women who like trans women.

August 03 2015

I have just recently discovered a new turn on, watching a cis woman with a trans woman, while browsing porn (as one tends to do from time to time). I hadn't really considered the possibility before. I know the position of men being attracted to trans women- you know - that they have the best of both worlds. Out of curiosity, I did an RHP search and there seems to be an abundance of cis women here looking for TV/TS. Would love to hear from RHP women and their perspective on such matters. (Trying to be as PC as possible here while having an innate ignorance/innocence at the same time. Hope I got it right).

Excuse my ignorance, but what is a cis woman?

From Urban Dictionary: Short for cis-gendered, meaning someone who identifies with the sex they were born as. Typically used by whiny tumblr users who complain about not being accepted for who they are and yet bash these "cis" people for being born and being okay with the sex they were born with. - Posted from rhpmobile

To answer the question, I think anyone attracted to transgender is because best of both worlds, nice breasts, feminine body, then a surprise package as a bonus. I like watching porn with a couple and a tran. Good mix when the guy of the couple is bi.

Read it, dont understand it. Is a straight person wanting a tag or label? Are they feeling left out that a few of us are different and they have a need to join the Trans in having a few letters to describe themselves. Not that many of us like being labelled and/or misaligned. Looking forward to being enlightened on this subject. Annie xx

is a prefix that basically means 'the same'. In this context, a cisgender person's gender identity is the same as the physical sex they were born with. So, I'm a cisgender female. It's a term often used in discussions about gender identity, I see it quite a lot in articles I read online.

Hate using the word normal but for the sake of the situation. A Cis person is "normal"........yeah, i hate that word, sorry.

Think that's correct? You're a cis woman. I'm haven't been physically attracted to TV/TS woman yet, but who knows? *Winks at Annie* OP, I always read your name as Hitler.

Quoting 'Whateverway' Hate using the word normal but for the sake of the situation. A Cis person is "normal"........yeah, i hate that word, sorry. need to apologise to me Annie, I was just stating how the term is used in this context. Personally, I don't think that it's at all intended to be a euphemism for 'normal' or to be derogatory towards trans people, it's simply used as a descriptor for a particular group when talking about different gender identities. I suppose my view of the ''cis'' and ''trans'' prefixes is also influenced by their use in chemistry as just objective descriptors of different types of molecules, and that's how I see them in the gender identity sense also. I realise that other people's views may differ though.

Just find it a little weird we need to have abbreviations for everything. Especially when they need to put a term to descibe something that is as exactly as it appears. How did some mad shrink come up with the letters Cis??

Quoting 'Whateverway' How did some mad shrink come up with the letters Cis?? In Latin, the prefix “cis” means “on the same side” and “trans” means “on the other side”

The German psychologist Volkmar Sigusch may have been the first person who use a term with the prefix “cis” to describe people who are completely or mostly comfortable with their assigned sex and gender, in his 1991 article “Die Transsexuellen und unser nosomorpher Blick” (“Transsexuals and our nosomorphic view”). Both Dana Leland Defosse and Carl Buijis have been credited with introducing the term “cisgender” online during the mid-1990s. More recently, Julia Serano has received some credit for popularizing “cis” in her 2007 book Whipping Girl. However, it's still possible that the term was introduced in the context of centering trans perspectives by an even earlier author.

@willowtree_2 thanks for sharing for your perspective Re: the Cis-Trans prefixes, I think they are used in gender studies circles to specifically avoid implying that 'cis' women are 'normal', and 'trans' being a deviation from 'normal' when discussing gender identity amongst the wide spectrum of rainbow beings. I guess it is hard to avoid labels when breaking things down and studying differences and specific considerations to each group for continued improvement in their representation. Overall though, I think the intent behind it is to be inclusive rather than divisive. At the end of the day, people are people in my view, and like being seen in that way @Meander, yeah, thanks to that, I've had some hot grammar Nazis trying to get down and funky with me

Thanks to everyone who answered my question, and apologies to the OP for taking it off topic. To answer the original question... I have it ticked because I'm curious & and being with a TV is something I'd like to experience - the best of both worlds perhaps? Also, there's something that just turns me on about the thought of a man wearing women's underwear... especially if it were mine. Not sure why, I just know it's something that gets me hot and bothered in a good way :)

A trans girl isnt physically a man dressed in womens clothes ( cross dresser) . She would live as a woman 24/7 and have the appearance of being a total female, with the boob job and her own long hair and hormones supliments etc. So you wouldnt be seeing anything masculine about her (except the penis). The attraction to her physically is purely as a female, both dressed and undressed, you are with a female except they still have a penis. And most of the famous ones in the porn industry would never be picked as being a guy. Stunners!! A lot of Trans women do porn to pay for their sex change ops. So its a bit different to wanting to be with a guy who wears womens lingere.

it always seems to cum down to the same old question ,,,transexual gurl or transvestite ,,,,,transvestite = a guy that dresses to give the impression of being a female ,,,usually for sexual purposes only,,,with no intention of ever wanting to be a female or going thru the transitional stage etc ,,,,,,,transexual ,,,,,a guy or girl that in there mind is off the opposite sex ,,n takes steps medically to alter them selves to be of the gender they wish to be ,,,in my case ,,im a transexual woman ,,been on hormone therapy for nearly 4 yrs , live as a woman permanently ,,have breasts etc and final vaginal surgery planned for next yr ,,,,,,,,,,both are poles apart differently ,,,,unfortunaitly we all thrown into the same basket ,,some thing that upsets me at times ,,,as i feel durty n disgusted to be labelled as a tranny etc ,,,,thankfully times are changing and people are starting to take an interest n making the time to understand the difference ,,,to me as a pre op transexual woman ,,,im a chick with a dick ,,,,,,,,,,a transvestite is simply a crossdressing guy ,,,when the clothes cum off hes still a guy ,,,,,at the risk of offending anyone ,,hopefully ive explained it a little better so folk are more aware of the type of person they may be seeking ,,,,xxxxxxx catherine

Its the difference of a chick with a dick, not a cock in a frock. And agree with you that it all gets bundled into the same category.

Before you all go out and grab one. To say you can have the best of both worlds, then you need to consider that being on female hormones will, in a lot of cases, prevent a transexual girl from getting an erection either fully or partially. Porn movies make it seem cut and dry but its far from reality. They alter their hormones for short terms so they can perform. Not every case though. Lately in professional circles the use of crossdresser and transvetite has been separated. Crossdressers being heterosexual 95% Transvetites being bisexual or gay 5%

Agree with your comments Willow, HunniB and Annie. My attraction to TV/CD is because, as Annie pointed out, those men are predominantly hetero or bisexual. A trans woman to me is a woman, the same as I am a woman, regardless of whether she is pre or post op. Unfortunately RHP doesn't make that distinction, and puts TV/TS in the same tick box. Apologies for my clumsy language.

I have always found the idea of being with pre op trans woman incredibly hot. From my experience, a large number seem to be gay (in my extended friendship circle, they all are) and I'm yet to find a trans woman in person that is attracted to women. *sigh* A gorgeous, gentle, sensual female... with a cock? OMG.. yes please.

I wanted to ask on the elitist thread if it was offensive to say tranny. Thank you for clearing that up for me. I personally find it a bit off people saying a trans person is on their bucket list. Like it's a fetish or something. But that's just me.
