  Try Turtle Cove Resort, it's about 30 minutes North of Cairns. I've never been but heard a lot about it. I think it's a LGBT resort but I do know straight couples who have stayed there and enjoyed it. - Posted from rhpmobile

  There is a resort up there or at least an annual event held for swingers and nudists. Not sure of the name though. Did you look in the events section on this site?

  Don't know about Queensland but There is River Island Nature Retreat in NSW Which looks really good. Clothing optional not a swinger resort. :-)

  There is a great Naturist B&B we have stayed at in Byron.Pure Naturist retreat so not sure about swinging side but we are sure you meet like minded people there.Great hosts and very private awesome spot.

  Sextra is right in that River Island at Mittagong is really good but is not a swingers resort. Saying that we have played with a lot of regulars there. You just have to be really discreet. Late night in the hot tubs can see a lot of action happening under the bubbles. When there are only a few of you left up and all are keen we have experienced "anything goes" Also we have had lots of "sleepovers' in friends cabins, vans etc.Beautiful location and all nude!

  We went to our first Passion in Paradise last October and it was by far the best experience of our time in this lifestyle. Awesome resort, awesome host (hi Kitty!) and awesome people. Fun fun fun. The only down side is that the event is for just 4 nights / 5 days and we wish it went for a full week. We hope to see many more great people at events like this!

  Love to hear from any straight couple who went to Turtle Cove at a time other than the swingers event. K and I have no issues with LGBTIQ people at all and are not fussed about what they may or may not get up to so we would be quite comfortable there but I'm not sure how they would feel about having their space invaded by a couple of straights. It struck us as the only place in Oz where you can walk from your room nude onto a beach and we would love that - plus being a gay resort I'm quite sure they have amazing cocktails. We aren't always able to time our holidays to specific events like a swinger week - and we aren't really swingers anyway, more exhibitionists and voyeurs.... River Island is an amazingly beautiful place. I have been there a couple of times before I met K and had a great nudist experience. Very quiet both times I was there so I didn't see anything sexual at all going on but just to swim naked in that river with the views its worth it. Accommodation is a bit lack luster but being naked in such beautiful scenery makes up for that
