Lube lube lube.. just to let you know, lube is very important. It is also important to get some lube in before you insert a toy. As you insert a toy the lube you put on it is removed at the first sphincter. Even though it feels lubed you may not be sufficiently lubed deeper in. The burning is lactic acid and a sure sign you are doing damage. The sphincters can stretch an amazing amount, but not if you dont give them time to relax. Douche. I'll chime in my two cents. I use a very high quality lube, which is hard to track down and only sold in a few shops, it's the Probe brand and the only place I know of that sells it in Australia is at D.Vice online. But as a plus it comes in 500ml bottles! But once you get a bit of lube inside of you, plus some lube on your toy/man/part of a man/etc, slowly and gently start to work it back and forth and you feel yourself loosen just a little more with each turn. Once it slides it, just wait and hold there for a bit, and relax yourself again, and only once you have relaxed start to go to work, with an ever increasing intensity until you are spent. Also position makes a big difference to keeping the lube in the right spot. If you go ass high and shoulders down, the lube tends to run into you and away from where it's needed, but if you go into a squatting position then the opposite can happen and it can run out. So for starters I suggest trying to keep your upper body on a vague horizontal position (ala doggy position). And the rest is just practice... delicious delicious practice.
