  Smile in your pictures. A friendly smile looks approachable. To be completely honest, I can't think of anything else wrong with your profile.   One of the better profiles around. Maybe add in whether you seek NSA, or are happy with an ongoing...you know, give some sort of guide to the level of connect and longevity of that contact.
