  see an email of a guy who used metal rings around both his cock and balls separately and he had left them on too long and they had swollen so much he could not get the rings off.   you need commitment - it takes a long time to get noticeable results (3 month wearing it 24/7) You are referring to literal stretching using a leather collar or multiple thin rings ... I prefer the weight method as it is a lot more comfortable IMO.
