Bedroom Furniture upgrade

October 24 2017

It's fair to say the old bed isn't going to go the distance with us. So we are in planning to upgrade the bedroom and have been looking at a few pieces to help our sexventures, maybe help with a little light BDSM but obviously don't want visitors (that don't know about our naughty side) to look in to our bedroom and feel they are peering in to a dungeon! We basically have a double bedroom. However it is an older house and with some of our guests being a little noisy feel we may need to do a little soundproofing too. We are thinking of a queen maybe king size bed with a low down couples lounge at the other end where we can watch a little porn on the TV but perhaps convert the lounge area in to a fun couples areas with soft flooring to play on as well as the couch. We were even looking in to the Tantra lounge as this is probably the most raunchy piece of furniture we could get away with without guests looking at us oddly. So, any help here would be helpful, including the type of bed, mattress type, mattress size, bedroom furniture, height from ground for the bed/bedroom furniture, wash-ability and best places to get these items would be really appreciated!

Make sure the mattress is firm! I wouldn't recommend pillow tops because they give under your knees if you're relying on them at the edge of the mattress... Peachy

Ha ha. We went to Sexpo and ended up spending thousands on beds that lift up and vibrate and things. It's proven to be great to sleep on and pushed together (that's how we sleep, anyway) it's a massive play area. Memory foam mattress is firm and beds are too heavy to shift around. - Posted from rhpmobile

Is awesome if u can fit it in. Get a mattress you can return if you don’t like it. I got a pillow top I think with latex. Now it’s warmer it’s so hot. I don’t like it. I won’t be able to sleep on it in summer. Plus things will probably get stuck in the creases of the pillow top. It will be harder to clean 😛 - Posted from rhpmobile

Quoting 'CandyDelicious' Get a swing. They are awesome! I've thought about it... but it would probably take a bit of an engineering feet to install it.

We have had a memory foam mattress for about 7+ years. It took a bit to get used to but then got used to it. Yes, you feel the heat in the first 6 months but then you get used to it. Its good because it doesn't bounce but I'm not so sure its giving us the best support during sleep now its getting on. But it is nice and stable during playtime. Something like that for the floor area would be great. But may have to check out Sexpo exhibits next time... if we can wait that long, or there one coming up?
