I think the difference between bi curious and bisexual is only the bicurious hasn't had a same sex experience. Mind you I've also had one of my friends who has sex with both sexes says she identified as lesbian because she only falls in love with girls

I think working out your Sexual identity can be a complicated matter. I guess the "bi-curious" category is for those who do not identify as bisexual but also realise that they are not completely heterosexual. You get guys that identify as straight but enjoy getting blow jobs off transsexuals.. or sometimes dont mind a bj off other guys and stil lconsider themselves as being straight ... you even meet guys who consider themselves as straight only because they do not take it up the bum but are ore than willing to fuck another guy... Really, I don't go much for the labels... it's sort of stifling to categorise myself. I think a person's sexuality is not always "rigid". Fact is, our sexuality is in our shorts... and my cock knows when it is excited even if I dont want it to be so. People think too much and therefore give too much credibility to social conditioning.

I think bisexual means that you would be equally happy to take a member of the same sex home to bed as you would a member of the opposite sex. It means you are equally sexually attracted to both sexes i think. But it is only a label anyway!!!!!!!!!!!

you are what you identify as...if a guy or woman says thier straight......means that is how they see themselves and how they want to be seen .....and yes they may be successful at it.... spouse, kids, car , boat, house with white picket fence......when it comes to looking for more sex maybe for many it ends as an extra sexual encounter seen of no more of importance then a wank and the sex partner as some one only to willing to sexually please them

I think you are what you most want to be identified as. Ive only really been accepting myself as bisexual for almost 2 years now, and only had 2 same sex encounters since then, but i still find it hard to let people know or even think of myself as bi. If you can admit that you dont mind sleeping with girls, and as far as actually enjoyed previous encounters, than yeh your possibly bisexual. But technically speaking, if you enjoyed a same sex encounter and want to do it again, you're not straight.. But thats simply generalised phooey.. It really depends on how you feel about yourself i reckon.. n3wbi3

I don't think that performing oral sex is the defining factor in being bi you can be straight and a virgin straight and not give oral sex boo i would be happy to learn with you and have been assured I taste fabulous as well

I think woman are naturally attracted to woman, bi terms to me is just the searching part, needing to place ourselves in a category while we work out our preconceived houghts on the issue, I look back to when I first realised I was sexual and all the attractions to woman were there, I just had to figure myself out abit but I think if you take away all the if's maybe's etc, its natural to get it on with a woman.

I always considered it that bisexuals would have a relationship/sex with either sex without prejudice and bi curious have not tried it before or very limited but want to try it. However a person can still have sex with the same sex but consider themself straight. That's because they are no longer bi-curious (been there done that) and also are not truely bisexual. Sometimes that may come under the experimental, adventurous or anything goes tags.

i have been an open bisexual since i was 15, had my first open lesbian experience then but had been interested in other girls since i was 12 is the first i remember. i have been on the gay scene have many gay friends and was in a long term relationship with another female and on a usual night at the local gay clubs and pubs hanging around with gay straight bi friends we all had a very looooooooooooooooong convo about this. even managed it in a critical thinking university class somehow. most gay people will tell you and even bi sexual will say its not just one day they woke up like it they have always been gay or bi its the time until you accept what you are that makes the difference and most of the time its having that 1 experience that will give you the yes or no. me and my girlfriend at the time spoke to a friend of our who could be called "bi curious" and even though she enjoyed looking at women and kissing other women she admitted she could not go down on one. we posed the question to many other friends of ours in her situation, if you were with a guy would you be able to give him a blow job after he has been fucking you still covered in your own juice or even kiss him after he has been eating you out without wiping his face? the point behind the question was if you cant do it when its your own then how could you when its someone else.... we have found with every one of our friends who now call themselves straight for 1 said no they couldn't but also since have had their curiosity experience and come out saying it was an experience but wont do it again... among our friends we have found the answer to this question majority of the time can give you the yes or no to the bisexual or bicurous question over and over again. Sneaks (open and proud Bi since 97)

I've a good mate who's Bi, and has had long relationships with both guys and girls. I think the Bi-curious are the ones who have a bit of fun but don't form the relationships. If your just having a bit of no strings attached fun and not making an emotional committment to the girl then your just curious, Cheers, RHG

I think the terms mean different things to different people. I identify as bisexual so that people know I am happy to play with both, but my preference is always women. A woman and a guy together in an MMF situation is fantastic. Some would say that is bi-curious and some would identify that as straight because of the preference for women (even though they may give or receive oral from another guy). Ultimately it is just a label and the best way to find out is to message or talk to those that you may be interested in and stay within your own comfort zones. If you consider yourself totally straight but end up having an experience that you liked outside of your norm then enjoy it for what it is and put it down to experience. You then always have the choice whether to repeat the experience or not! Good luck Katie.

i believe that if u have had only one experiance or want to try sex with the same sex ( sex being everything not just a party pash youd wanna have to want to give and recieve aswell in regards to the females, males im not sure) .....= bi curious ..... i believe after a few experiences then u can call yourself bi sexual ... unless youd like to class yourself as a pansexual ( someone that doesnt believe in labling sexuality and can easily fall for man or woman )

Gazpacho41 raised a good question I have been wondring about. Would you consider a guy to be bisexual if he plays with a transexual?. I work in an industry where a lot of guys spend their off time in Thailand and some of them have been with ladyboys etc. One of the guys I know is married to a ladyboy who had a sex change. I myself have been to Thailand and some of the tgirls are gorgeous and it is hard to pick them, but I have never been with one myself. Its funny cos the guys at work dont seem to have any aversion to it, there is no stigmata to it and the guy who is married to the post op tgirl is proud as punch. What do you think?

I think what spaz81 has hit the nail on the head when she said pansexual. Its true. Why is labling so important now days.... who causes if you have a sexual encounter with males and/or females.... as long as you are true to your self thats the main thing that counts. Also be safe and just have fun. I have slept with both males and females. Both have their own unique points that the other doesnt have. Im my book if we go by labels then im Tri - Sexual...

Well considering I would be quite happy to have a female provide oral on me, I would definitely have to build up lots of courage to recriprocate. I guess that makes me Bi Selfish? Seriously though, I am definitely bicurious - to be able to experience the FF is one of my ultimate fantasies. But I am definitely into MEN in a big way. I could not see myself having a relationship with another female, only another man (my husband). Guess that's why I married him. lol

Bi Curious would be anyone who wants to but hasnt...Bi Sexual would have to be those who have done it and have the view of doing it again in the future.

It goes around in a big jelly like circle. Straight, bi curious, bi sexuali, gay and back to straight. Straight is into one sex, male or female. Limited to ar 50% of the market. Curious is just that..thinks about what same sex fun would be like. Bi is into both sexes but there are various degrees of bi. Myself I am bi but lean heaviy towards females as my sexual preference. Venus tells me she loves men the most but is bi and has even lived with a woman for some years but both were bi sexual. They were not lesbian or gay. They used to take on men and then get together later and tell tales the naughty girls. Oh do I wish I knew Venus then! Who knows where one will end up. I wont be going back to the white picket fence in straightsville that fer sure. Mars

The above about sums it up! I very much prefer females and would never have a relationship with a guy but I am sure as hell happy to have some mutual fun and enjoyment! Does it really matter that we are categorised? I think we spend too much time finding labels and categories to put people in and not enough time just enjoying life!

Thats easy Straight.....wanting only the oppisite sex Bi Curious.....curious about trying the same sex Bi Sexual......either sex Gay...lesibian...etc only wants the same sex Various degrees well, Iif touching, oral etc is intended for sexual pleasure with the same sex then its Bi or Gay. Guess you should tick the box you want to persue and say in the describtion if any of the Bi stuff is compulsary. as we have found with many couples same sex play is compulsary. Cheers
