Bisexuality

February 05 2007

I want to ask all the men, single and attached, a question, and maybe people here will be willing to offer honest answers. Just how common is it for guys to be bisexual? These days it seems every other woman is bisexual, but it seems a lot harder to find bisexual guys. Is this because there really is not that many bi guys, or are guys just a lot shyer about admitting it? My boyfriend is bi and isn’t ashamed to admit it, and I don’t see why he should be. If it’s ok for girls to want to experiment, why is it not ok for guys?

Sarah, I think we all are bisexual to greater or lesser degrees. Some of us know it and some of us don’t. The thing is that lots of guys won’y admit it openly because of their mates. I agree with you every other woman is willing ti admit itr but the guys just wont. It is not something I can see changing a great deal either. The other aspect to your question I think guys are willing to experiment but not to the same level that women are for much the same reason. Mike

Hiya Yeah I know what ya mean... it seems okay (even normal) for chicks to be Bi !!! and I think this is because its more acceptable to society. I used to play both ways but due to having girlfriends and all that sort of thing I just sort of movved away from that scene even. I wouyld love to get back into it if the setting was right. And I think alot of guys weon’t say anything in case their mates find out and his mates mite not accept him for that so he scared of losing mates. Ciao for now Pierced_More_Now

Same as the others say it’s is all about fear of judgement in my experience with guys being open and not. Consider the harshness boys treat each other with and the negatory comments made about people being gay or fags at school. Makes it hard for anyone to admit to their friends really... as for me... well I can’t say I’m bi, never experienced another guy... wouldn’t rule it out in the right circumstances, but as yet that hasn’t happened. Don’t think it’s coming either

I’ve been having sex with guys for over twenty years now. For many years the sex was just oral (usually me receiving) or group wanking sessions. A few years ago, I got fucked for the first time and now I regularly get fucked by guys. When you’re a bisexual guy, you can always have sex. Always. And this, I think, is the reason that there aren’t a lot of bi guys on RHP. In every State has at least one gay sauna (OK, perhaps not Tasmania), but there are a whole range of sex-on-site venues for guys. Any x-rated cinema in the country will be a place for guys to have sex with other guys. Every State has some sort of venue like the RAM Lounge in Barrack St. Similarly, there are usually a range of different public places that men go to have sex with other men - beats. Apart from the saunas, I think that most of the men who go to these places are bi, not gay. There do seem to be a lot of guys on RHP who are bi-curious, but that doesn’t make them bisexual. Any guy who wants to go to an orgy is going to have to be comfortable being around other naked guys; naked guys with erections. He’s also going to have to be comfortable touching another guy: orgies get crowded. At the end of the day, sex is not just about skin-on-skin and orgasms, it’s about eroticism. You may not mind brushing against another guy, or having your cock sucked by another guy, but that doesn’t make you bi. If you find these erotic, however - if they make you hard thinking about it, if you could do it without a woman being present - then you’re probably bisexual.
