I'd have to be knocking mine around my knees before anyone came near them with a scalpel. You are a braver woman than I for even contemplating it. And I bet you have great boobs just the way they are ;-)- Posted from rhpmobile

Hi lil_bit_angelic I've had the same thoughts for a couple of years now and did some research into it as you seem to have too. The thought of having my nipples removed and then reattached freaked me out. I can't see how any sensitivity would be maintained after the nerves are cut. I decided against the procedure based on the fact that I love how ultra sensitive they are. Even though I would love a reduction and lift I'm a woos when it comes to that kind of pain and the possible blotched jobs that I've seen pics of. Best wishes SFxx

I think a breast lift surgery might be the way to go. My doctor suggested that I get a reduction too... Down to a DD. I will eventually I think, but I don't want scars.

ok do it. No don't. I personally don't like it. i prefer them a bit saggy and natural but in the end, you are the one that has to live with it. It is daunting at first but i have never met a woman who isn't happy with the end result......well, with the way they look in a bra anyway....and with the lack of back pain. Me, on the other hand............

Won't they look the same when you are horizontal on your back or when in a nice supportive bra showing ample cleavage ? Don't change them and risk losing the sensitivity I say. ET xox

lil_bit_angelic - From what ive looked into, just a breast lift on its own will just raist the breast up, not decrease cup size as others have mentioned. The scarring will be in a T shape from nipple to under the breast, as the skin is simply removed from the bottom of the breast. Often it is recommended to get implants as well, especially if you have smaller boobs, as the stretched skin still remains at the top of the boob, so if your boobs are small they will hae no fullness to the top of them (think ski slope shape haha). I desperately want them, as 2 kids havent been kind to my once perky and fabulous DDs, but i wont get implants as mine are still E cups so when they are lifted they are still very full. But im a bit scared of getting my body hacked into lolIf you go to realself.com and search breast lift before and after there are heaps of pics on there.Good luck whatever you decide!!! xx

As you know I've met your boobs in person. Don't you dare touch them."It's a woman that makes a pair of boobs, not the other way around"..Seriously.. I mean it!!I've come across two ladies in the last 2 months that have had breast surgery, so I'm bloody bias. The first time in my life.. The tragedy is that I'm pretty sure I'd have thought both pairs were pretty damn wonderful pre-knife. As it's the smile and the eyes above your boobs that make them what they are.You carry your figure fine.. Don't be messing with it.

You know, beauty I see in different things. A kid laughing at fart jokes, they're little belly laughs are infectious. A retired couple holding hands, their weathered skin still glowing with their uninhibited love for each other after 50 years of marriage. But one thing I find incredibly beautiful is a woman that's natural. Beauty really IS in the eye of the beholder. I'm not saying don't do it, or otherwise. I just think we see ourselves differently than that of which we truly are, and I've said this to you before in our private conversations, I think you're truly a beautiful lady. Physically, and mentally.

Certainly comes down to the Dr.....I know of friends that have had to go for repeated fix ups because the alterations (lifts) didnt end up looking aestetically pleasing.....the breasts werent balanced or malformed........and yes that scarring is an issue....especialy if it takes more than one proceedure.

I was brought up to believe that all women were different. So many different boob shapes, sizes and angles. Vaginas? You could never find two a like. Why are we all so concerned about having boobs that look like someone elses? Why does it even matter?Have you ever been kicked out of bed for having horrible boobs?Look around you, people get laid every day. People get married every day. They don't all have fake perky perfect breasts.Accept yourself and what you have. No one else has it, and someone will and does love you just the way you are.MrsSplicey

How some people say not to do this or to do that...There are many reasons why a woman will choose to have breast augmentation, such as going completely flat after breast feeding & her breasts never recovering, not being able to wear normal clothes because they don't fit or that special dress. Chicken fillets, don't cut it either. Low self esteem & wanting to feel like a woman again a major factors. Some men can never understand it from that point of view, they only think of their own.

well ive had it done and no the sensitivity does not go away, actualy mine are more sensitive now than before that my partner has to be more gentle when licking them!!if u get a good doctor he will use a technique to reduce the the scarring, mine are still scarred but they will go away after a while, no lumps or anything! my skin is flush under the breast except the underwire part, still not finished reducing the scar but i didnt have ot all that long ago, i love my breasts now, and so does my hubby, i now longer fall out of my bra when i bend over and they bouce quite nicely when i walk without a bra!!but still its ur choice!! be sure u know what u want first! Goodluck!!xxx
