  I know this doesn’t help, but Family in its hey day was the best for this. Plenty of dark corners and an anything goes attitude.! There’s nothing like that anymore in Brisbane

  Honestly I’d say the middle/older crowd has wised up and realised there’s not much group/kink fun to be had with 18-21 year olds at The Met haha. Is a great place to party, not so much to pick up open minded & mature souls for freedom & fun. The Family or Fluffys (as I think it’s known now..?) would be my pick if I was chancing it on random pickups for our sort of all in fun. Otherwise I’d stick with the road we’ll travelled and try organise a loose nightclub meetup and if they’re not your style there’s ample time & space to vanish without making it awkward 🤷‍♂️ Xx C

We used to go to family back in the day but it has been closed for sometime. We don't part to much anymore so a little out of the scene. We just found Met " although a little trashy" seems to be the ideal place to have some fun before taking it back to the hotel. Thx for suggestions ; ) A & M

  A cheeseburger from McDonalds isn't the greatest burger, but whennyou buy one you know what you're getting... I used to do live beatnatching with lighting at The Matrix, Heaven..and Downstairs at the beat. There's no judgement there .. think of it as the cheeseburger of nightclubs and its been operational for a very long time. Plenty of "dark areas" (unless some dickhead luke ne decides to use the joystick to operate the laser 🤣😂) Your night is what you make of it.. organise an event through this site and tell everyone to bring a friend. If enough of you rock up to the met en masse the millenials will disperse and bugger off. We're not dead yet and as long as your knees hold up.. let your hair down, throw your arms (cannons) up into the air and blow ya whistle. Don't roll over and die. For inspiration google the creator of pilates in his sixties...there's ya benchmark Rave on people😎🙏🏻🤟🏼

  You know I actually have enough lighting and PA gear to do a small festival.. if someone has a location I have all the stuff to build our own nightclub
