Brisbane for the weekend. Not including swingers clubs where can a late 30s early 40s couple meet some people our age?

  Yes same... it would be good if there was a city venue that was determined to be "the place" to meet others. Just a bar, not a swingers club. Maybe we need to get that ball rolling?

  We have been quite successful at the Charming Squire and met some lovely couples, but it is not a real swingers bar.

  So why don't we start with that? Shall the Charming Squire become a new potential swingers bar that's not a swingers club? A place has to be nominated. What say?

  We've also wandered the same thing about a bar to meet other like minded people that's not a swingers club.. We've tried valley clubs but always depends on the crowd & where.Please let us know if you ever find one :)

  We're visiting Brisbane and Sunshine Coast in late Oct and early November so this is an interesting topic to us.. but does a beer hall make a good meeting place?!!

  I read (and now have on our profile) the idea of wearing a black ring on your right hand, that way when your in that setting it would help with identifying couples to approach.

  It had been suggested to me that CRU Bar on James St fits the bill. It’s the type of venue that feels appropriate. On the other topic, I’ve been wearing my black ring for a little wild now. Had a couple of acknowledgements.
