but not via forum posts, would take too long, be too confusing, pictures are worth many, many words when explaining such stuff.

foe those not in the game, or with any knowledge www is your friend. It is basically packet switching, seek ARPANET, that will give you the lowdown. I'm not into copying and pasting. Even a lot in the game don't get it

To taking the red or blue pill Want to go down the rabbit hole, and see the real world? Not Jay Jay 'n' Foxys rabbit either. So don't follow the jack rabbit, but if you type in to the internet ; 'Rabbit for the lady looking to find' Then follow your message, finding 'the' rabbit. The link will be complete to how the internet works, be prepared to see things in a whole new world and you will not be able to come back, once you have gone down there into the hole with your rabbit Then you shall learn what you need to know to it all, when you come into touch with your Oracle, finding wisdom from the big O, her in yourself in another world, to the wonder for how the internet works. It might cost $99 You might find it where it claims Don't pay for the Rabbit mam, Until it gets you to the other side. We know it, looking back to when we found Tara's rabbit and into her hole, ever since Mado Tara xx

Little packets of information are sprayed like a big ejaculation all over the place... Each of them have an address associated with them and they race about screaming the name of the SMTP server you have set in your email settings... E.g. Mail.littlemisfussy.com.au Until a DNS service says yes, I know where that is... It can be found at 195.356.975.110... And your mail service server's gateway router says... Yes, I'm over her... These packets may enter via port 110.... And then the mail service server gathers all of those little packets and sends a much smaller message back to your modem saying thanks very much.... I think I got all of that, if the last bit was xx... And your modem says yes, that's right! And then the server sends, in turn a new batch of packets of information to the DNS server for the recipient mail server.... On and on and on this goes. It's much easier just to walk over to the other side of the bedroom and speak to your husband than to send him an email quite frankly. Hugs Gazpacho

Hopefully somebody will write this better. Compare it to the Human Body. We are made up of millions of cells. The Web exists in this way in that its cells are everyone's computers. The many makes the whole. Like the body some cells have greater functions than others, eg liver cells, brain cells etc. Some computers host web sites, some host email accounts etc. With an Email you have someone hosting your account. You send an email out, it goes to that computer then is forwarded on to the email address you sent it to. Very simply, DSL is how Digital data is transmitted over the telephone line to your house. DSL operates at a higher frequency than phones so both can use the line. You have a Modem which receives this data & the Ethernet cable transports it to your computer. You can have a wireless modem which means you don't need a Ethernet cable.Hope this helps

Can see none of you took the blue pill, or was it the red one? Ervine in his mothers garage 45 years old, probably a mastermind and genius would know how it all works, he is the new world figure head for the war against crime, using the internet to pinch four bucks out of everyone's bank account, recently standing over the drug lords throughout the world, they are a little upset. Didn't the internet start by little pieces of free information just tossed into the something what it is, so we could all share free will, freedom of information, freedom to the grasp of the "MAN" Maybe free willy, just for gaspachio

Thanks to the lovely man who messaged me this: Hi lilmiss The internet and it's operation is highly technical but in simple terms here goes. The internet is an electronic medium and requires a medium over which electrical signals can travel being: Wired. Via fiber optics and your copper wire telephone line. Wireless. Ethernet for local services within your house or a business building. Satellite for remote locations not serviced by wire/fiber optics or wireless. Satellite is also wireless transmission. The internet signal (packets of electronic digital data) travels to and from your computer (desktop, laptop, tablet, smart phone) via a multitude of other computers and switches (over the transmission medium) out there in the big wide world. Sophisticated dedicated software makes sure the signal to and from your computer is routed to the correct location and not lost. Email travels from your computer to another persons (recipient) via special email servers. If you are using Client email i.e. Outlook or windows Mail running on your computer then email sent by you, first goes to your ISP's (Internet Service Provider) email server which routes (Directs) your email onto the recipients ISP's email server from which the recipient collects the mail if they are also using an email client on their computer. If you are using web based email i.e. HOTMAIL then you log directly into the HOTMAIL email server via your ISP connection to compose, send and retrieve your email. If your recipient also uses web based email then they do the same. In this case email is transmitted from one web based email server to the other. If you both are using HOTMAIL then the transmission in logical terms would be internal like delivering snail mail in a building. Though in physical reality HOTMAIL most likely used distributed servers and NOT just one huge server. That is getting very technical again. Your ISP can (does) track (LOGS) your internet browsing and would know every website you visit. You should not visit RHP from a work computer. Do not send RHP or similar dating site related emails from a work computer. Emails are transmitted and stored in plain text. At home one can take precautions to hide oneself from prying eyes on the internet but probably not from the American NSA or the Australian DSIG. Remember the more you put out there (Internet) via emails, browsing, social media the BIGGER your digital footprint becomes. Once stuff is out there it often CANNOT be retrieved and can come back to haunt you. A risque selfie or two or ill considered postings on social media may come back and bite you on the bum in say 20 or 30 years when applying for a high powered exucitive position or high office. Even on RHP, every post to the forum you make will remain long after you have gone even if you remove your profile. He HE, George Orwells 1984 has come true and BIG BROTHER is watching. You and I are possibly already stored in the American NSA massage data stores. We live in interesting times.
