Can you learn to be passionate about someone if there's no chemistry at first?

In my experience. You either have it or you don't, especially if you don't personally find them attractive nor attentive. Interesting though, as I feel you can have chemistry with some one, though lack the passion. I find passion is quite a individual personality trait. Some people own it, where as others it is a stranger to them. 🙄 - Posted from rhpmobile

Not in my experience. If there's no spark from the get go then there's never likely going to be..... for me anyway. - Posted from rhpmobile

I know from a previous partner the passion definitely grew as I got to know him but there was some chemistry there at the beginning. Not heaps, but he won me over with his persistence. In real life I think unless you dislike someone's personality there is the possibility for it to grow. Most people have had the situation at work, friends etc. where initially they may have not had a connection with someone, but as you get to know them on a deeper level and share experiences, intimacy and passion could potentially develop? I don't always trust instant chemistry anyway. It feels great at the time but in my experience can be a fleeting and unreliable barometer of ongoing compatibility. 🤷♀️ - Posted from rhpmobile

Attractiveness and chemistry and eventually passion can grow. There are people we've first met who we thought were nice enough, but upon getting to know them better, became much more attractive because of who they are as people.

Your question is a little unsaid so to speak? I think Chemistry is about a lot of things, of course, you have to genuinely need to say "that's a good looker" but then you have to look deeper than that.. could it be personality? Perhaps maybe it's conversation, or it could be a common thread between sexual likes and dislikes? Define your question broader by what is it about a person or persons that could make something more than what you may think?Or if I had to answer your question it would be if I am not attracted to them or singular by any means of my own weird personality then nope ... Chemistry can be on many different levels I guess.. you just got to explore the possibility I guess. You will know... if not hot get off lol
