*** Christmas Presents / Presence ***

December 28 2018

How did you go this year? The good, the bad, the ugly. The gifts and the people around you... I know it won't have been the best time for many as the high hopes of the season are met by the disappointment of reality... But I know so many who make more than the best of it all and inspire me with their inviting people into their circles and the joy of those who are invited into their circles. For me, I adored my couple of small precious gifts, the mini fountain that needs distilled water, lol (must buy some hehe). I love the mystery of the half geode key ring. On the outside it looks like a plain rock and on the inside is this mystery cave of glittery, crystal structures. White btw. Heavenly. I had the benefit of a small family get together where we spoil the youngest rotten and feast on too much rich food. The best potato salad in the West made by yours truly + other half of my geode with who life wouldn't be complete. Peachy, healing physically and mentally while coming out of hibernation after an emotional year...

Glad to hear Mrs B is feeling better! I had all four done at once when I was 22 because they were never coming through, so sympathise and glad to hear all is better! It's good that you are helping her to excercise her jaw, hehe. I guess if the Mrs is going to be the bomb at something blowing things up is right at the top of the list? Milk frother, I. Just... Can't... Peachy xo

I worked on Christmas, then spent a few hours with a nursing colleague who has been in hospital herself for several months. My Christmas was about giving, love, and togetherness. I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Was in two parts.I had a picnic breakfast with my daughter who had just got off a plane from Perth. We went to a local beach ,the weather was glorious , many people walked past and we exchanged Xmas greetings with walkers, runners, small children on bikes and adults with dogs..large and small. We had a beautiful table cloth, ate off gorgeous china, and consumed delicious food We had a lovely morning ,the first Xmas we have spent together for years,Normally she is overseas somewhere at this time of year. The second part of the day was spent with a close friend and her family. A lovely day. Hugs Q xx

Here we are on New Year's Eve, not too much longer to go till the New Year chimes in, a few hours later for us Westies than everyone else over in the East, lol. Always behind the times so to speak... I've been thinking and had to share my thoughts that I've had a seriously challenging life and the challenges that have arisen every year of it have been ongoing but this year was a pearler with the sheer variety, challenging beyond all belief on so many levels... And I feel all the better for it now that I am facing the future with a feeling of certainty I didn't have before. Thanks for listening, it was something I felt like I needed to say today in celebration to still being here. I wish us all the best of the season in a world that changes faster than our comprehension Peachy, be right back
