Club Whispers Open This Weekend???

Hi Everyone. I have not had much luck getting in contact with Club Whispers. I have tried emailing them, messaging them through RHP and calling them to try and find out if they are open this weekend or not with no luck. They have no events advertised in the events section for this weekend or anytime in the future either. Did they close down? If they are still in operation can anyone tell me if they are open (Saturday night) and how much entry is for non couples? CV is having a greedy girls night on the Saturday which is not something we are interested in (or we would have gone there) so we are looking for an alternative :) We would have organised a private meet with another couple but we have a work thing on Saturday afternoon/evening and we are unsure what time it will finish so didn't want to give anyone the run around and have to cancel on them last min in case the work think goes all night. Alternatively is there anywhere else we are likely to meet couples around the GC? CheersTaby xx

Hey :) Yeah I seen that event but you can't really show up last min unannounced to a private party like you can to a swingers club. We honestly won't know until Saturday night if we are going to have free time or to 'get naughty' or not due to the nature of our work commitment on Saturday afternoon. Also most of the people attending the private party are outside our preferred age range :(

normally around 100 for non member couples depending on the night. I would suggest calling friday night thats normally the best time to get answered i dont think they answer their phones during the week as they arent open - going on personal exp. You may have some luck contacting them via facebook.

they were closed for a safety issue around 2 weeks ago so they may still be closed.

Not as much a sure thing as a swingers club but the Atrium Bar at Jupiters is always a pretty safe bet for meeting other swingers. It's always fun there, and i doubt you'd have too much trouble getting attention judging by your pics. But again, perhaps a slightly older crowd than you are looking for.

Just heard on the Aussie Swingers podcast (episode 31) that Club Whispers has been sold to a couple called Sam and Brett. I'm sure there'll be more news / events forthcoming.

Does anyone know when this club is re-opening? It would be helpful if they updated their facebook or website.

TJandDJ are correct and thanks for listening. In an update though, Sam and Brett have renamed/rebranded to Rumourz. I just got an email from Sam saying they will have the new website up hopefully in a week and they are working on a New Years Eve event. We're planning on attending. They have an event listed on RHP prior to Xmas. Email them for more info admin@rumourz.com.au
