  Nope! Have been told they can increase size slightly (1-2 mm) providing you use them frequently. Not sure that it's healthy. I use them in play as a torture device but other than that I wouldn't bother.

  Ive not used one myself, but I have seen the results from time to time. They elongate the erectile fibres and yes, can cause you to have a bigger dick, but there are undesirable side effects like a floppy wang... you know... too much blood and not enough fibre... a structurally unsound cellular structure, and let's face facts here... nobody likes a floppy wang no matter how big that fucker looks.HugsStalky
