Communication and Reply

April 12 2023

Me and FWB organise small group parties and have observed that couples just register interest in the party and then disappear. Don't know ...how much time does it takes to say YES or NO.

Ive been told by some RHP members that they register for events to look cool. Maybe a registration fee would be the answer.

People have the right to advertise an event. People have the right to register an event. People have the right, to also not attend as things can change in a split second. Ie: change of mind or lost interest. Interest was gained else where. Registering an event does not mean people will guarantee to attend, nor is there a committment under oath to attend. What steps do you take after they have registered? What steps do you take to ensure the communication is open? Ie: do you talk to them on the phone prior? Do you communicate that day/follow up? There's lots of factors to consider after a person has registered. Ms Foxy

We are certain there are people showing interest in events just to get their profile seen by others. Advertising themselves in a way. Example: a swingers club we know of has certain profiles show interest almost weekly yet they never appear. We met one of those couples once several years ago but have never seen them since.

Up till recently I didn’t realise you tapped the box to unregister, might be partly a reason , but going by past numbers for some party’s it’s definate click and be seen thing ,flirt party’s were a victim of that years ago , I think one event they had 250 registered. And on the night of the event about 80 turned up , same as if you look at an event coming up for the registrations between the two nights is more than 350 ,with time to go there is no way that many will turn up for the event ,but hype and fomo does amazing things to peoples itching registering fingers it’s just the way it is ,and after all people are registering interest ,not actually registering I’m 100 percent coming or that’s the way I read it , We are fans of a fee being taken before events ,too easy to not commit ,if nothing to loose Mr b
