my experience is that fitness changes sex completely, being fit means you can go and go again after and after and have lot quicker recovery making it a whole night of amazing mindblowing fun times. I also found that being fit increased substantially my libbido and I actually enjoy sex so much more these days :-)

Was young and skinny but not terribly fit, then after kids bigger and quite unfit then got my act together, took up yoga, pump and running. Am now reasonably fit and slim. Being slimmer makes me feel sexier so I'm probably more up for it. I'm fitter so I go for much longer (its true! Stamina!), I'm more flexible and lighter so I can jump on top and ride away for as long as I like without my legs giving way or me becoming exhausted. I have smaller boobs now so it's probably not quite the visual feast it once was for a partner but hey... You take the good with the bad. I like a fitter partner. The stamina... The visual... The muscles... Mmmmmm the fitter you are the more you sweat too... Mmm sweaty sex...

on so many levels!! In the last 3 years I have shed around 30 kg. I have worked out at the gym for the last 18 months around 3-4 times a week so am quite toned also....don't get me wrong I still bear the battle scars of childbirth and age!! But I am quite fit now. Being fit has made me much more confident and this reflects in the bedroom(or kitchen or stairs or floor ) Lol!! Am much more agile and flexible, more assertive etc. Amazing what all those squats and lunges in body pump do for the strength in the legs

Being fit and toned gives you so much more confidence and energy, inside and out of the bedroom, flexibility allows for a lot more antics. A partner that matches that is oh so much fun. On the down (up) side, my fwb and I often go running etc and end up sound asleep on the couch...then the second wind kicks in ; )- Posted from rhpmobile

Have had partners that were unfit and became fit as well as the reverse... whilst noticeably different in the stamina and flexability department the overall experience never seemed to change that much... no new tricks etc so I don't think that aspect is so much fitness related (happy to hear others thoughts/experiences on that one).I have lost a bucket load of weight in the last year as well as gained strength and stamina... have yet to try out the new me to see how the remodel works... will get back to you on that.SG

I was always doing something.. At school and home I was involved in most sports and even made a living out of one. Since retiring , I feel guilty if I don't get out and do something at least 4 to 5 days a week, sometimes more.. I agree with the 'sex is better ' if you'r fit theory ..

I'm no gym junkie but I love my workouts. I always did love athletic sex so more than anything-else it's stamina. I'm not going to describe 'blow by blow' what fucking me is like - you're going to have to use your imagination for that. I'm not going to go into great depth into my gym routine, I'd love to really because I really do love it but if I don't go on about it on FB I'm not going to start now, here. Let's just say the magic's in High Intensity Interval Training.

I do love athletic, physical sex. Sometimes a raw, hard, long, sweaty fuck is a fine medicine.I don't often enjoy myself as much with lazy lovers. Love lithe, fluid, flexible and healthy people. Though there has been and I'm always open to surprises. Also I've noticed since I no longer train seriously for competing, I tend to think of whatever fitness work I do now more as sex conditioning. The guys always wonder why I have a goofy smile on my face when I'm training.

Aaaaanyhoooo..... I have trained a number if people, including several husband and wife friends. I always make a point of asking them how reducing weight and increasing fitness has improved their lives together. The answer is always positive. I'm curvy, I swim 2.5km in under an hour a few times a week, go to the gym several times a week and do yoga, I don't run cause unless I'm being chased as there is no good reason, I eat very healthy and I get asked all the time why I'm not thin. Simply because I'm not, but I am fit, flexible and strong and have more energy and stamina than most people I know. Sex fitness is totally different to everyday fitness. I like to keep fit, play league, hit the gym etc but after a big/long sex session I can still have muscle soreness the next day. I have seen the most unfit looking people be sex sport champions...lol. Like every form of sport or fitness, how you train your body determines what you get out of it...I can play 80 min of league but can't run a marathon. Of course you need to have a certain fitness level for sex, but the best way to improve your sex fitness is to have a lot of it ;-)

I've always played squash and football but it was only until I started swimming 3km every morning that I really started lose weight. It's also kicked my sex drive into over drive. But it's swimming hard that really does it.I agree with Paradisepair. Interval training and high intensity = fucking horny as.
