  recently had hoped to convert a vanilla/muggle, didn't work out so never got to play that out. He was very old school, though that wasn't obvious to me until he told me, the whole idea of what I do, shocked him, at least things that are everyday or normal for me, were completely alien to him. I had forgotten how different muggles are. I expected some level of excitement about it, but although turned on by things I told him, I think it was enough to have him retreat and stay in his world. I think for men, they might worry about being out of place, having expectation on them? Obviously, on a more basic level, worried about venturing out of one on one or having other men seeing them naked. He was happy like he was. I think there is a big difference though between non-swingers, regular people out in RL who I refer to as muggles, and vanilla. Plenty of people here who still like vanilla sex, who are in monogamous relationships, who might be happy with missionary and 69 lol not judging them but vanilla exists here also. The mix of vanilla and muggle, now that's a hard nut to crack. I would think younger men would be more open to experimentation. Love the idea of converting one, no luck so far.   We were both converted in Las Vegas at a private party. What happened in Vegas, didn't stay in Vegas, we had such a wild time, we had to explore the scene in Sydney. Have we converted anyone, yes, a female friend. Regrets...yes, unfortunately the problems occur when our friend starts a relationship with a vanilla boyfriend & she tries to introduce him to the scene, but boyfriend thinks it's disgusting. Swinging isn't for everyone, best to be with people on the same page!

  No it's not right for everyone. I agree and also that same page is best. The only thing there is that we all started somewhere. I think they need to have an inner kinky side though, the naughty/bad within that has them wanting more, then all they need is guidance without pressure

  Swinging is not for everyone.😉 It is a mindset, infact a very open one. Not many wish to be sexually and mentally red pilled. The sharing of sexuality is one of the hard parts to convert. Some of The convert candidates would be just hard work and for them ignorance is bliss. Often time jealousy and the unknown will not allow the vanilla muggle to step into our unknown and stereotypical world or realm. And yes the majority would think it was disgusting. And that answer would assist me to clarify that perhaps not to even go there. Many times I thought of converting my brother. But later I found out he was a very jealous type. He never knew I was a swinger. He would prob have lost trust in his lil brother. So I kept his muggle ass from being in on the secret handshake list and the world of the "Adult Sexual open mind Matrix".

  wouldn't say that I've converted anyone, but I have given a few guys their first experiences of certain sexual acts e.g. DP (with a dildo), mutual masturbation, having them watch me masturbate and vice versa, watching porn together, deep-throating, certain positions, even my swallowing when he came was a first for one guy. To me these things are pretty standard so when guys are surprised by some of them I'm reminded that they aren't standard for a lot of people

  Great thread I think. I am attached and in a vanilla relationship. I wanted to be adventurous and experience the non vanilla type of fun. I have had some great experiences on RHP and certainly feel liberated so to speak. Life is short and we all here for different reasons.   I have been the first third for three couples. I wouldn't say I converted them but rather, they transformed themselves using the experience. I'd say the same for the half-dozen men who transitioned themselves to bi during our play. A truly moving and beautiful transformation to witness.   Slightly embarrassed to say.. but I would have to sum up my sexual experiences to date as being quite vanilla... always keen to try something new, but seem to be a sucker for long term relations with quite conservative ladies. Thinking I need a BAD bitch to help me push the boundaries...or at least someone who can handle more than just an hour or two of pleasure...

  I agree. It's definitely nothing to be embarrassed about. I was 45 before I experienced pleasurable oral from someone. I actually shed a tear because someone could be so selfless towards me to finish me off with her mouth and swallow. It's nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed about. It is what it is.   We were converted by friends in our early 20s and can never thank them enough. We have over the years converted a few of our friends and have told a few friends who have not been converted. One couple we converted were nudists with us anyway and it progressed from there. Another couple were suspicious that I was cheating on John as they had seen me out with a boyfriend. When I confessed that we were swingers and enjoyed an open marriage they couldn't ask enough questions! They eventually came to Couples Club with us and never looked back.Seriously though, we have never tried to convert any friends who we didn't think their marriage was strong enough to take the mental challenges that swinging first brings.

  I have always had a need for the naughty. I was not a very willing participant when my ex husband wanted to try MMF. Our sex life had become routine and completely boring. So being the good wife lol I gave it a go and other experiences as well. Now I am on my own and a woman of a "certain age" I find vanilla OK but would rather explore things and satisfy my own needs. My time will run out eventually when I will not be as attractive as I am now and things start to head south lol I don't know if I have converted anyone but I have certainly been converted.
