The C word isnt too popular around these parts. Dont know about Melbourne but there are a fair few ladies who like younger guys here in Perth :)

From what I know, there are many around who are both in relationships and single. As Meander and others have pointed out, be mindful of the Cougar reference! I'm sure you'll find some 😉 - Posted from rhpmobile

There are a lot of cougars or older women in Melbourne who don't mind or do prefer younger men. The common factor is that they do like respectful men of all ages. I'm sure I know one or two in Melbourne . definitely one. 😉 😘 Bonne chance. ☺

Different cultures and all that....... We have European guys at work. Italians call me Bella, a French guy calls me Darling, an English guy calls me Flower ( and the Aussie guys call me Mate. ). I dont mind any of these names, they are all said in a friendly and light hearted way. The only thing I secretly dont like being called is Old. But I cannot argue that one! If something is said that isnt meant to offend, i e Cougar or Darling, then no offense will be taken by me.

Why on the earth would the Cougar Hunting thread be deleted. sure there was some robust banter but nothing worth deleting. Well last time I checked anyway, a few days ago. So maybe something else happened after. What a pity. Would have been a good reference for guys searching for cougars or older/mature women.

Haha. Yes. But I think him being French, this may be some language and cultural discrepancies that the OP may need to overcome. So we can overlook those and give him a wide berth, for now. 😉

People seem to get offended very easily nowadays. But keeping on track, plans for a Cougar catch up in Perth when you come over? Sorry OP, thats Perth, not Melbourne xx

Sounds great. Keep me posted. I'll start walking. It seems the word 'fly' elicit negative responses too. 😂😄 live and let live. Meeting at the cougar den then? 😻 I'll check in my claws before entry. We don't want to scratch them lovely cubs. Lol 😁

Quoting 'Champagnesunsets' People seem to get offended very easily nowadays. How about you stop having these blatant digs at other forum posters who don't share your views. You often clash with another particular forumite, telling them to let people have their own preferences and live their lives how they want to. You see the hypocrisy here? On topic - be aware of cultural differences here OP. As a couple of others have stated, not all women here in Australia appreciate being called cougars by men they don't know (and that's not wrong, it's simply different). That also applies to the pet names like darling, babe, hun, love, etc. It's best to go easy on those names until you get to know the woman you're communicating with.

As I said, I personally dont mind being called the stated names. I wasnt talking for anyone else. And I stand by my word. We all get slated on here. Some people move on, some get offended. Theres not much point. If I took offence every time I was called up on something, Id be long gone. But Im content and happy so its all trivial to me if someone doesnt like what Ive said. And the hijacking of posts is becoming too frequent. Feel free to PM me if you have an issue with me instead of using other peoples posts. Sorry, OP, call me a Cougar if you wish. No problem with that here. My guy is younger than me.

Before this thread gets out of hand like others or derailed, what we are saying is that just be culturally sensitive and aware when you talk to people. Some may be accommodating and some may be set on their ways. It's personal preferences. Respect them and the boundaries that people you chat to has set. No different from communicating with people from the same culture as yours. No dramas. 😊 Either way, play on safe side and just learn the ways of the natives and go with the flow. You'll find your experience here and elsewhere more interesting and a happier, more fulfilling experience. Just another learning experience for you. Don't stress out. ☺😉 Best wishes and have fun. 😊 A bientot 😘

Quoting 'lilyorchid' Haha. Yes. But I think him being French, this may be some language and cultural discrepancies that the OP may need to overcome. So we can overlook those and give him a wide berth, for now. 😉 Culturally to me, "darling" sounds wrong unless you're significantly younger and usually related. I was in no way was trying to derail the topic. I'm sure "Darling" in real life and in a french accent is very appealing....

Nicely put 👍 And re the cougar thread, yes I would also like to ask the mods to leave topics in place, even if they suspend the topic, leave what has been said there for all to see 👍 it can continue to give then. The topic that keeps on giving 😜😊

Personally I dislike being type cast into someone’s fantasy especially if it’s unsolicited. I get the odd milf or cougar cat call on here from the under 30ties bro’s, but don’t reply. I’m not interested in being a fetish dispenser for someone’s bucket list of adventures. Having said that I have had and have lovers of all ages, but it’s not because I am older or younger, it’s because of how we connect

I’m another young man wirh same preference, but is not about bucket list , is something what we like more , make us more excited, is hard to explain , but when you like something, you chase what you like , don’t means is just a fantasy to tick off. When I was in Italy was much more cougar / milf/ mature or whatever name want use ...and there is common to call mature (if someone say older many woman will take like an offence ) Here in Australia happened to me a woman ask me what I was looking for , and I explained I was into mature woman like her , but she get upset. I had few positive experience, but is not that easy , in base of my experience, not everyone like young one , especially what have son around same age , someone like, but never made to happen , because of time poor , or even because they probably want get treated like a girlfriend, and that’s not easy online , when someone keep trying to not conclude , often could be fake profile or not really keen to made and just play online ..... and the main problem is lot of fake profile what looking only for collect pictures. Just looking the same profile , always offering date finder , always registered in all swinger party , even 3 in the same day , and in the end after many months here still have no validations from any members, most of them looks very keen until give face picture and disappear soon later

I forget to mention , some woman have even scare to get hurted by the young man, because with few years more , and little bit overweight, they will scare , we change mind as soon we see them in real. They will think how is possible a young man could really like me... Probably can even happen some man change idea, but if happen means they was not really interested in cougar / mature , they just wanted found any holes and changed mind as soon they see or change mind and don’t show up. I feel that , because I meet a woman little bit overweight , and in her profile I can clearly see, I was keen to meet her , and in the end she agree , but couple hours before meet , she ask me if I was really ready... and if I understand how she looks not really thin... That made me feel that fear is true or maybe already happened. I can’t talk about other , but for my self , firstly if I’m really keen to meet , will be no way to change mind , secondly if I was looking for a top model , I wasn’t looking here. What made me more exciting to meet a mature woman is let’s see her how she is appreciate from a young one , made her feel special and better then young woman, basically more I will see the woman happy , more I will feel special as well to make her feel like that . Of coarse a classy sexy mature woman , with nice legs and the right dress , will be something different , but this don’t means we not appreciate even the one less sexy , is all about mental pleasure !
