Cuckolding certainly seeems to be in fashion at the moment!

I have noticed - through this forum and others - that cuckoldry seems to be one of the fastest growing kinks. Not long ago I remember it being met with almost total derision, and now it's a pretty hot topic. I'm not just imagining this; a quick search on Google Trends shows an exponentially huge increase in the word "cuckold" in the past 2-3 years (not sure if I can link but it should be easy to search for). So with that in mind, what is your opinion of this kink? Have you or a partner shown a recent interest in it? I also find it interesting how much more common cuckolds are to cuckqeans, although I couldn't guess why.

We aren't into the humiliation side at all , and sometimes I play but mainly I enjoy watching my wife play so I suppose that makes her a hot wife more than me a cuckhold if that makes sense. but as popular as it seems to be getting, from our experience, there appears to be a lack of understanding from 'bulls' when it comes to 'doing' the role play with both the female and the 'cuck'. We have found it difficult to find 'bulls' who are genuinely interested and turned on by the power play dynamic that's central to cuckolding. Without it it's really just a MFM.
