DRINKS NIGHTS

I notice that there are a few drinks nights going on in NSW and QLD ect is there one that happens in Melbourne , would be good to go to for a social night ect . Hubby and myself went to one organised and sponsored by AMM and RHP in spencer st but havnt seen one advertised since

that's an excellent idea, we were on another cam site and they seemed to have regular meet and greet nights at a hotel in Deer Park and other locations. We should organize a night out somewhere central and get to put some faces to names, who knows where it might end up, lol.

I'll come along. I think these are just social nights but not officially organised by rhp. There was a small one in Feb at the crown that was good. Probably a better venue next time but it was great to meet everyone.

And well worth it. I helped sort a Sydney one a few months ago to coincide with Sexpo and it was great night. Its super easy to post an event in the events section. I also attempted one in the Central west of NSW and it wash't so popular so I guess major city venues will be more successful. People are willing to travel to drinks nights because they are so much fun. Rally some interest via the forums and chat and see how it goes. Good luck and I wish I had the $ to visit a Melbourne M&G.

On where we could have it then , a lounge/bar in the CBD would be good but need to talk to someone about would be good as I am from Bendigo and don't know which venue would be good but I am happy to help orginise the event - Posted from rhpmobile

It is a great idea - sometimes difficult for those of us not living in a big city. I went to one in Melbourne (NOT RHP) and it was brilliant to meet some like-minded ppl... wouldn't it be just as worth it having one in Bendigo? ;-)
