If there is a datefinder date of interest to you, place the profile on your favourites list & look at the date on the RHP phone app. 😉

Yeah. Everyone has to post a date to be able to search dates. Why? No idea. All I know is it makes datefinder pretty much useless because the majority of the adds aren’t even adds for dates. You can do what we have done in the past and place an add for about 3 months time, that way you don’t have to place another one for a while. Mr Nude 😀

My theory is probably is: You add a Date because you are willing, able for the selections you choose and others view for a match. My question is for the males in particular.... Why put something on Datefinder, register your interest and then a) say you forgot it was there b) don't reply to a message c) don't read your message d) don't show up. Is this a form of advertising yourself?

If you're a male, it doesn't really matter adding the bogus date just so you can search, as there will rarely be any interest in it, so don't worry about the fact it might not be a "real " date availability. :) But yes, the idea of making the date as far into the future as possible, is probably a good one, so you can keep searching for dates for quite a while. Yes, it can be a form of advertising, after all, when people have tried as much on the forums etc, they then get told to "put it in Datefinder". See the first point, and go figure :P

OP, I found the same thing. It doesn't make sense. In app design (web and mobile) land UX means User Experience and that refers to the experience we as users of the site are having. The date finder process is a bad layout, but hey, it is what it is and as someone said earlier, just throw a date it. I think the designers have tried to be clever and maybe a little too clever that they "tripped up". Anyway, thats my 20 cents worth
