Do disabilities turn women off??

October 04 2007

I've got a mate who was in a bad car accident a couple of years ago, and had to have one of his legs amputated just above the knee. He was saying recently that since the accident he's had a lot of problems with women, I thought was weird cos he's a total charmer with women. But he reckons that a lot of women have been really put off by his disability. I was wondering, what are peoples thoughts on this, how many women would be put off by this, are there women out there who would just flat out refuse him just because of that?

No. I guess it would depend on the person and the disability but i think mild things such as amputees (hope i dont offend anyone here) i dont see it to be an issue. there is no way if i met a lad who was missing a limb but was compatible to me in every other sense that i would discount him. that would be crazy and not to mention shallow. as long as the main limb is functioning (wink wink) then whats the problem??!
