Erotic literature

February 19 2018

I came across couple of posts about this here and there, so I decided to put together a list. If there is anything you know -please no 50 Shades of Gray- feel free to add. -Story of O by Pauline Reage (movie adaptation of the book was also very successful and controversial) -Emmanuelle by Emmanuelle Arsan (Cult book series that later became very successful movies about a couple in open relationship exploring their sexuality. -Philosophy in the bedroom by Marquis De Sade (You ever wondered where the name sadism came from?) -Venus in furs by Levon Sacher Masoch (Masochism anyone? Cult book once very popular amongst femdoms) -Sleeping Beauty trilogy by Anne Rice (She was the author of another book that was later became a movie "Interview with Vampire") -Delta of Venus by Anais Nin (Anais was an influental intellectual and she is considered a pioneer of female erotica) -The Sookie Stackhouse Novels/The Southern Vampire Mysteries by Charlaine Harris (Ever heard of True Blood?) -Encyclopedia of Unusual Sex Practices by Brenda Love (It is what the name suggests) -Sperm Wars by Robin Baker (A very interesting and controversial book about human sexuality) -Female ejaculation, The G-Spot by Deborah Sundahl (As the name suggests, quite educational) -Carnal Alchemy; Sado Magical techniques for pleasure, pain and self transformation by Stephen Flowers -Different loving; the world of sexual dominance and submission by Gloria Brame -Whorewife chronicles trilogy by Lena White (Interracial sexuality)
