Just wondering here who goes to the events, I feel like it would be a really good way to meet like minded people but probably would feel out of place the first few times.. Also is anyone looking for someone to have drinks with and actually hang out, most of my mates are in relationships and I couldn't really get the, involved in something like this :)

You just missed a huge Brisbane drinks night where about 80 people from RHP attended. But I hear you. I have attended meet as greet nights and have probably met about 120 people from RHP over yet past 4 years. But I mainly hang out here in the forum and make friends that way. I have forum buddies who I go to swingers clubs and sex parties with now as well just hang out. For me I hate the online datig thing, so going to events and getting to know people through the forum has worked for me. And it's a shit load more fun, IMO.

You are much younger than the age range of most attendees.... most are between 35-50.But there was an event not very long ago that was specifically for the under forties in Briz...xQ

Big group events are not my thing. I much prefer to meet one-on-one.

Quoting 'Qefenta3' You are much younger than the age range of most attendees.... most are between 35-50.But there was an event not very long ago that was specifically for the under forties in Briz...xQ on the age thing. I have been pulling my hair out trying to attract some younger ones into attending in Melbourne. Maybe you should organise one, Englishlad. Being young you can probably attract people your own age and keep it as an under 35's event so you can get to know each other and get some numbers and confidence to attend other events. It is pretty easy to slap something together, the hard part is committing to doing it and not putting it on the to do list as it will never happen.

I would love to go to a meet n greet, or parties in Perth, my friends don't know I'm on here lol. I know I would feel more comfortable going with another lady in the same boat so if there's anyone interested let me know:)
