  I dont think it's viable financially...the club would only be open a couple of nights per week but you're paying big rent for a big enough space to make a decent club. My thought is for a good looking couple like yourselves to organise parties at a nice penthouse apartment regularly and have everyone contribute. You're not locked in to a lease so you can do it whenever it suits and you can pick and choose who gets invited 😊 - Posted from rhpmobile

  Whilst some good clubs are to be found in cities, as the numbers add up, as someone living in the Newcastle area I have found the best clubs are often held in private homes, run on a regular basis, are selective about who is invited and the rules when attending as well as you building a personal connection with the host(s), who often do not play.As a single guy, of course, many of the clubs and meets are pretty much off limits, and not being a mid 20's hunk with rippled abs doesn't help either...lol.As for decent, well, that really depends on what you are seeking and if it involves any particular fetishes, but for me, it is a respectful environment, clean, good mix of people, ages, body shapes and of course, lots of laughs and good conversation.

  Many years back it had been tried in an excellent venue that was already set up, but as has been said it wasn’t supported so only a couple meets eventuated and then the idea was shelved. There are parties that regularly run in and around the coast though I’m sure you would love. - Posted from rhpmobile

  It is a numbers game. Number of swingers per population that would sustain such a night club/ venue I think Adelaide is even worse off. Zero clubs. Nearest is 800km away in melbourne it would seem.
