If not overly done then yes it is difficult to tell. With clothes on its nigh impossible.

usually the subtle scarring gives it away but ive found the best way to tell is by touch. They feel slightly different & a bit more solid.... ....having said that i do love them & have no issues either way.

Generally the good ones look to good to be real lol some have a slight scar underneath To me they feel look and taste absolutley real.I'm just a boob lover and i love them all a little saggy,pert,fake there all different but just as hot in there own way

You sure can although I have to say with todays techniques, it is getting harder and harder to tell ...but its simple..when the lady is on her back her "perfect fake boobs"stick up and dont "flop"to the side Just a bit of info...I used to be a mortician...and when preparing the deceasedupon their passing... it was quite disconcerning to see a aging body with perfect boobs on the slab "sticking up"...its just didnt seem quite rite !!!

Sometimes you can tell but that is normally when they go LARGE as they just don’t look in proportion .. but hell I love them either way Fake or not fake I don’t care a great rack is just that GREAT. I don’t mind if a girl doesn’t like them or doesn’t want to have fake boobs as that is her choice but I would also support ( who wouldn’t) any girl who wants a net set of boobs.

The easiest way to tell is that the majority of ladies who lash out on fake boobs realise that they still aren't their flawed or imaginary definition of 'perfect'. So the dead giveaway is they are the ones flicking through cosmetic surgery catalogues while wearing something with a plunging neckline to show off their last investment. . I don't like fake boobs... not because they aren't great to look at, but because they are usually (always?) attached to someone lacking in confidence. And boobs are no competition to confidence when it comes to sex appeal!

Except in the case whereby the woman has none to begin with or for some reason she has lost them through surgery I couldnt agree more. You know guys, big boobs realy are a pain...in the neck and back usually. l When a woman matures, certain changes occur in her body and the law of gravity is one of them. You can excersize all you like BUT at the end of the day a more mature woman does not have perky firm breastsThat is the most obvious clue. l Would I have plastic surgery on my breasts? If I could afford it and have nothing better to do with my money at the time HELL YES! A breast reduction would be fantastic.

yea if you know what to look for.... the giveaway is that the skin of the breast is much tighter than the skin of the decolletage and neck.......the idea though that women who lack confidence are those who have breast augmentations is a fallacy....women have them for all sorts of reasons...for the look, for necessity, to combat the ravages of age and breast feeding, as a result of some other surgical intervention (mastectomy) and as a result of weight loss. to be honest...you cant tell, if the surgeons done a good job, and the implants not too large...they are not any firmer than a natural breast these days due to the use of modern designs and cohesive gel within the implant itself...those who have extraordinarily firm breasts are usually suffering from 'encapsulation'..or 'capsular contraction'..where the body itself is changing the physiology of the breast in an effort to rid itself of the implant......by wrapping it in an envolope of scar tissue to isolate it from the body............the few who have this happen are far outnumbered by the many who have 100% succesful and positive outcomes.......... breasts are great.....and a huge number of women have had theirs enhanced....why and how could anyone not see the value of this? jealousy? spite? look at the print media....how many women are enhanced? tv? movies? a huge number of women are sporting new boobs....why? because they look wonderful! try and tell the likes of nicole kidman that she lacks confidence....or any of the thousands of others, who are, after all, who we look to for both fashion and style cues...........

What do you say about guys that buy fast / high powered cars/boats/bikes/whatevaaaa's? Whats their insecurity? Surely they must have one too? (I'm being sarcastic here) Hmmmmm Do/Did I lack self confidence ? Nup, still have it in spades baby!! Did I have money I could fork out in buying me something that I wanted ? You Betcha! There not for everyone I agree. Should you belittle anyone even in a manner of "self awareness" "confidence issues" or whatever it shows more about the person passing judgement I think then the ones that have them. To answer OP..most definatly you can tell with some there not real but touch is best mode. Yes agree with above as well it can be pretty obvious by sight the size by height by weight etc out of proportion but who cares? Seems silly to say with my profile shot as it is atm but in real life as opposed to this joint, its like you say OP it went unnoticed...and YES I do tend to put 'em out there every now and again a la JG style...and I can hardly keep my hands off them myself!! let alone anyone else touching them!!

I have 5 friends with fake boobs.... 4 out of 5 I would have no idea that they had fake breasts when they are wearing clothes.... when they are wearing a bathing suit I mgiht take a guess they might have them but certainly wouldn't know. Onw of my friends got greedy and went from a B/c to a G and she just looks ridiculous.... and out of all my friends shes the only one that did it for confidence issues... apart from those like her that attempt to look like Dolly Parton I think they're great!!! xx

I'm not here to belittle anyone - except men in fast cars. I mean we all know they are the ones with big wallets and tiny penises. . I'm baffled at the claimed thought processes here. A pair of boobs costs a couple of grand and then some... so are we saying we just had a lazy couple of grand burning a hole in our pockets and figured we'd buy some boobs... even though we were perfectly happy with the ones we had? Surely not! You must have disliked something about your breasts... so now you have new ones... perfect ones (and impossible to tell for all but Stalky!)... something else must have moved up to your 'most disliked' list.... or was the one flaw on your body your breasts and you now feel complete? (Not just directed at Saturn... I'm curious about Fleurtatious' friends... a) What is 'great' about their fake boobs? and b) Are they done? Or are they eyeing off some botox... and maybe a nip here... and this troublesome bit of flab there...?)

Unless they're obvious I can't tell.Honestly I don't care either.I'm not really a boob man, I don't care how much flesh is there (I love all boobs, from A to Z), I prefer that there are nice big nipples begging to be sucked and licked on top though. .When I was younger I might've talked with my mates about whether someone had fakes or not. With the quality of surgery, chicken fillets, wonderbras and not wanting to make the faux pas of suggesting a woman had fakes when she doesn't, I gave up and decided to accept them for what they are..... Boobs. I honestly don't think (but then again I don't know) if I've been with a woman that has implants so I can't say whether you can feel any difference.I am willing to try and find out though. .Just wondering if women get boob envy that's similar to guy's penis envy, they haven't had bigger ones and want to know if it makes a difference or not? I'm sure the conflicting stories that one gets from friends, media and the opposite sex ie. "They're/it's perfect", "It's how you use it that counts", "Bigger IS better" or the infomercial style, "Now I'm bigger I get a lot more attention and positive feedback. I feel like a whole new me", contribute to a lot of confusion and insecurities in many people. For me, I think if you're happy about/within yourself you'll find someone who is happy/accepting of who you are.If it takes implants to make you happy then who am I to judge? It's your body, it's your choice. .I wonder how many men would have a penile implant if the costs were lower and the percentages of success were higher?As I understand it, the success/failure rate of current fat implants and the potential for it all to go frighteningly and horribly wrong mean very few men are willing to put their dick on the line.If that were to change would we see a similar thread in the reverse vain? .Also what is a woman's equivalent of a sports car? .CheersRusty

In answer to your question JG the majority of my friends that got theirs done got them done to even out their body shape... its not that they hated their boobs but alot of girls are the typical pear shape ..big hips and small ( perky divine) breasts....so its not like they hated their breasts or had MASSIVE confidence issues.. but if you've got the money to improve something why wouldn't you? And b) yes one of my mates is considering botox... but again if you have the money and can make improvements why not?... but I'm sure this is a whole other topic! ;) xx

From many years of conversation ... Women with small breast want larger one and those with large breast want smaller Those with straight hair want wavy/curly and those with wavy/curly want straight Those that are almost anorexic want to put on weight and those that are ample want to lose it I am sure I read a statistic somewhere that 85% of women are so dissatisfied with at least one aspect of their body that they would change it if they could. Can you tell fake boobs? I am always suspicious of perfectly round breasts or breast that seem to just jutt out from the chest rather than take a smooth line from the shoulder. That said, this only applies to the naked breast. As several people have said, when clothed you cannot tell. Note, suspicion has never equated to lack of appreciation.

not sure how a breast enhancement procedure would impact on my wifes confidence...i mean, we play, have galleries and galleries of pics, frequent the nude beaches as soon as its warm enough, expose ourselves to all and sundry as we do....i'd have thought at 50 she'd be wanting to cover up...but no, not my flowerpot. shes wanting to put it all out there...and shows no sign of ever becoming modest..... the idea of shel and implants....is a bit challenging........can see her now, stopping strangers in the street to ask....'have u seen my new boobies?' lol

I wholeheartedly approve!! . Actually.... no I don't, well I would if I was watching them, but I don't know what it is, I have a weird hangup about bodies that have been tweaked with. I like the rawness of exploring a body that is... well just someones flesh and bones, knowing that a smile is a smile and not an allergic reaction. Not that I've ever experienced a tweaked body to freak me out... there must just be a greenie in me that likes things natural. Of course I'm still hypocritical enough to say hair removal is more than ok with me... I'm not an extremist greenie or anything!!

We have played with many fake boobs....generally you can tell they are fake...but so what? If they are done well they can look sensational!! Some boob jobs are not so good though....so if any ladies are going down that path....get it right the first time.

I'd rather spend the money on an experience, a memory, something to learn... but that's my choice, not everyone's, so each to their own methinks...

I was with someone recently and I would never have known that she had had implants...........implanted. lol. That is until she had told me. She had large breasts but thay had sagged due to having 2 kids. They had just been perked up a little but not so much that they were still upright when she was on her back. I couldn't even see a scar........

Hi guys, Well from our point of view and only just having them done, we can tell you it was for a few reasons. Firstly, confidence and self esteem was shot especially after having great boobs until the kiddies sucked the life out of them! secondly, I just wanted to fill my bra again and was sick of the old perves looking straight down my top and seeing everything every time I bent over to attend to the kids. Thirdly, we have the cash so why not, you only live once! It's been 4 days since the op and can say that they look awesome, I feel much more confident, sexy and normal again, my clothes now fit better from what I've tried on so far and mike instantly got a chubby in the shower washing my hair this morning so I think it will improve an already great sex life.. As for being able to tell they are fake and being so early I think not unless you touch them. Our doctor would not allow us to go to big so they suit me body type and look real. Standby for pics on our profile in the coming months!

Yes for those girls who have gone to a surgeon still practicing methods from the 90's it is easy to tell by sight and feel but I know a few girls who have had it done and you can't tell they are not natural visually or by feeel (I'm the lucky male friend who has been allowed a test drive haha). If the technique used is submuscular using an incision through the armpit 99% of people wouldnt know the difference visually or by feel.

I've already told my kids that when I decide to have a midlife crisis, and because I don't need to get a boob job, I'm going to buy a really inappropriate car that screams "no kids".... (code for "sex mad cougar") So I reckon the 10-15 grand I'm saving from not having to get a boob job done can be extra money to go towards a really hot car! Can't wait!! xx

That being said, they all look nice regardless (they have to, at that cost!)I agree with Meeks, once you do it, there's no going back. As for me, I don't dislike mine enough to go under the knife. Would rather spend that money on costumes! :D

I was going to say one of the ways you can tell is when there's a noticeable ridge along the top of the breast when there's nothing really pulling them it, like in your current photo, but you say shel hasn't had implants so that blows that theory.I know a few people with implants and it's definitely not a confidence issue, the people I know never lacked confidence in their bodies before they had boobs, they just wanted boobs. Like wanting a pony, if you can accommodate it and you can afford it and you want it, what's wrong with getting it?

the theory is fairly sound...the pic is of them only 'weeks old'......theres a certain amount of swelling (not surprising) which does subside over time, and a more 'natural' look returns as things even out and the body readjusts itself to its new shape. to me, she looks sexier every time i see her, and the new 'girls' just emphasise that.... she doesnt now have the breasts of a 50 year old, but then she never had the body of one either...now it all matches.... lucky me!! (oh and i already bought her the hot car for a previous birthday lol)

it can be difficult to tell sometimes but the easiest way that my friendship group seems to confirms is when she is laying down. if they stay straight and defy gravity theyre most likely fake if your discussing manboobs i cant help you there

there are signs like scars,overly perky,shape and feel but there are a few things to note1.fake boobs are great fun2.good fake boobs are hard to tell3.i think its GREAT u wanna know more about boobs.......very sexy
