...When you don't know someone has had the boob job...do you then think/judge them differently when you find out they have?A good boob job doesn't give anything away, in my opinion...but it's a very personal thing.I don't entirely understand a 21 year old C cup upgrading to a DD.

Having looked at your profile you are a small attractive woman and I'm sure your breasts are fine for you. My opinion is why would you risk an anesthetic and possible botched boob job (even though the odds are small) when you already have breasts. I don't think that most men are really all that concerned about breast size with the right attitude and pride in your body quality men will find you sexy and attractive regardless. My preference ( which may not be worth much) is for natural breasts what ever their size or shape. Shoulders back, stick em out and be proud.

I have been out with two woman that had them, neither enjoyed their boobs being touched and lost sensation/feeling. Personal preference but I would prefer smaller natural boobs that the woman loves being touched and feels it, as apposed to fake just for appearances. However, understand some woman feel different and respect the choice. They just no longer do anything for me.

I prefer natural no matter the size, though enhanced ones look good as long as they are not overdone. Your choice really flirty but done go too big. Mr HnH

They are your boobs. Do what you want, what feels right for you. I have felt some that were too 'fake' and some that were absolutely gorgeous! But in every case the lady in question was happy with her decision because it was exactly that, her decision! My decision for me is to remain small breasted, because that's how I like me! Love playing with big breasts tho' :) xx

For RHP members to guide you, can you tell us why you are considering an enhancement?

Fake boobs do not last forever so you more than likely need another set with in ten years.Sometime have promblems with hardening you loose nipple feeling. But having said that good boob jobs feel and look great. Its up to you but it does not make the person who you are. I had my first boob job about 14 years .I got mine replaced because of harderning.I have had my second pair now for 3 years a they feel and look a lot better.First set were saline now have silicon gel implants. People always ask are they real who care if there real it does not change who you are Also go to a somewhere that will replace implants for free if something gos wrong

But don't expect a boob job to change the quality of your life. Guys may joke about small breasts but have you ever heard guys say 'put those breasts away their too small' ..........I think not.

Broad question, there are so many different options out there. I like natural looking breasts that are the right size for a woman's body type. The "bolt-on" look, where the boobs look like half grapefruits attached to a chest, really isn't for me though.

I would be going from a B cup to a D maybe DD at most.

Quoting 'Flirty_butterfly' I would be going from a B cup to a D maybe DD at most. B is beautiful........ size isn't everything..... For me, a woman's breast size is neither here nor there..... I'd like you for you not your breasts......

If you want them, and they will make you feel confident and sexy, then go for it. That is all that really matters. Partners will have preferences, but honestly no one will know until you undress, and if you are feeling confident and sexy then it will show. That sexiness oozing out of you will wow them, and they will not care either way. :) - Posted from rhpmobile

Quoting 'Flirty_butterfly' I would be going from a B cup to a D maybe DD at most. Checking your profile, the ones you have look very sexy to me. There is absolutely nothing wrong with B (if you were doing exams it is the next best thing to an A). However, it is your body and you have to be comfortable with yourself. Just saying, I would personally prefer B to D (not my choice though :-)

Flirty no more than a B. Anymore than that will distract from those captivating eyes and smile that hints at more. Also think about your fitness career.

...but I've noticed often that when someone announces they are considering cosmetic surgery, then those that are close and those that aren't immediately respond with well meaning comments along the lines of " But you look great just the way you are..! " I'm talking about the real world too. A few years ago I looked into and put down a deposit on cosmetic surgery to have my ears put back a bit, as they do stick out a bit. I have no hang ups about them, it's the way I was born and I don't even think about them...any more than I think about my foreskin . I was just bored with my self image...the same way others are about their hair colour, lips, breast size, etc. But when I mentioned it to workmates, etc...the response of course was " But you look fine! " or something similar. It seemed they had just assumed that I was insecure or unhappy with my appearance. Ironically, because I don't look in the mirror for all the waking hours of my day, I don't even think of my ears. I suspect that people who look at me for several hours a days think of them more than I do... In the end, I cancelled the surgery, gave up my deposit, bought another motorbike and had an adventure...without any regrets or second thoughts. 7 grand can have many uses... Don't worry about other peoples opinions...just do what you want to do. I'm sure it's a fairly safe process these days.

Do what is best for you. If you feel that having a boob job will enhance your self esteem and make you happy, go for it. My ex-sister in law had hers before she divorced my ex-brother inlaw. She went from A cup (sagging) to a nice perky C cup. Did wonders for her self-esteem. Personally, I have naturally big breasts, a D cup. I find it difficult to handle at time when I work out. I do extreme sports and martial arts and boxing (ring work and semi-contact sparring). Just harder to lift more upper body weight when doing strenuous exercises like push-ups and other grpundwork exercises. also when running, it can be annoying when they bounce so good brassiere support is required. but it this is it your lifestyle, then that is there should be no problems. I wish you the best.

Checked your pics and i'm with the majority here. You look great as you are, but if you want to, go for it. Your surgeon will make you aware of all the risks and if you're still up for it then by all means do it. I've only felt 1 pair of fake breasts and it was kinda obvious, but that didn't make them any less enjoyable. In the end they're your breasts and its your happiness. You seem like you'd be happier with larger breasts, otherwise why would you be considering it in the first place.
