Fantasy Fest 2015

So we are headed to Fantasy Fest this year for 4 nights. (28th Oct - 1st Nov)Is anyone else going or have been before?Any hot spots or tips for first timers? If anyone doesn't know fantasy Fest is a week long festival held in Key West, Florida.It has heaps of costume parties, parades and various adult-themed frivolities.

It seems more like an American Oktoberfest than an adults 5 day festival. Although it's marketed as the latter. Still sounds incredible.
