  Hi ... we have been full swinging for 2 years. My advice is to take your time and have some rules and secret signals incase one of you is uncomfortable in a situation. We had a few rules but after about the 3rd time or so we decided NO RULES .... it works for us and its not for everyone..... We went to the lotus lounge (sydney) for our first time for our birthdays ... (2 days apart). It was soooo scary ..lol.. but once we relaxed we were fine... Just go out and have fun ... sex is sex and love is a whole different story .... be open and honest with each other and enjoy each other....xxxx I could never not swing now ... its who we are .....

  Hi, james [and Aileen] here at Lara,vic.   I am 65, she is 26.....we have been to parties on 6 occasions but never swapped partners yet!   We have done same room sex, and made good friends there. Also A has with my helpplayed on 6 occasions with single guys and done full sex on 3 of those. She says she needs more than one guy in her sex life [haha!], even if we are very happy together. She is shy at being watched.....likely to go further in private.   But....never yet willing to swap.   Can you tell me what rules you had at first? Did they help at all? Why did you stop using them?   We have swung 3 times so far and we play it as follows.With the right couples everything is going to be fun and fantastic, everyone is going to have a great time.However like with all things there are going to be those who push it too far or bake the cake too fast so to speak this is what you need rules for. an example for us is was choaking, personally I find the idea of crushing someones windpipe and suffocating them to death a bit of a turn off, but it does work for some people.You have to balance creating rules to show boundaries and not creating too many which can get in the way of having fun.We had one couple that had the rule no kissing. Kissing to me is kind of the gateway to sex and intimacy which made it challenging which still worked in the end.We have met couple who keep certain things to themselves and dont share with couples eg. anal which makes it sacred and based on what I know about relationships might be a good ideaHope this helps
