Hi All - we know how annoying it is getting flirts when our profile says we don’t respond to them (laughing) which I’m doing right now. From past discussions couples have said they don’t like the “Please message me I’m keen” flirts from single men/guest profiles and I think that goes across the board. I came across a flirt and opened the profile.... the read was disturbing, lots of undertone and statements about “single women only”, “must be alone”, “I’m a dominant”, “Will give massage to you whilst bound/restrained” (that fetish is fine when it’s Safe Sane Comsentual) and then “Keep me a secret” quite frankly screamed “DANGER WILL ROBINSON”!! So I figured I’d try and find an appropriate flirt back.....which we all know is generally not possible for the majority 😉 and not being a financial member I can’t message back. RHP sought feedback about flirts many years ago and for the most part didn’t change, add or amend our choices. So Forum Folks let fly with..... What we wish we could “flirt back” from the drop down menu. I’ll start with: For the guy above: “Your profile needs some work, it reads like a serial killers wet dream” For the gym guy who poses in any reflective surface: “Thanks for the flirt but I’m only into Dad bods” For the “fun” profiles: “Thanks but that’s too many fun’s in one sentence” For the “guy driven” couples: “Thanks but are you really a couple?” For the “couples seeking unicorns”: “Be back shortly....I’m blowing an honest politician” Over to you ~ Indy

    I really just wish they'd get rid of the flirts altogether. But if we're making suggestions; "Thanks for the Flirt, but I'm looking for someone Local". "I'm flattered by your Flirt, but you're not what I'm looking for".

    If you don't like receiving flirts, you can go to your settings and turn them off. I do love some of the adaptions the site has made over the years to suit us. Peachy

    Saves me having to go looking for prospects when they’ve already affirmed they “...think your hot.” which leaves one to decide whether or not to validate their hotness in return and/or invite further contact by sending a “Oh God yes. Yes yes YES!!” back at them ~ Just saying it’d be nice to have/unlock flirt power with choice or maybe membership level Mods **wink wink** 🙂

Myself, well l only receive the odd flirt here and there and those are mainly "Id just like to say l loved your profile", or "if I messaged you would you massage my back?" (or something like that) :S

    I don’t even check the such n such has just joined in your area stuff either. So yes I’m limited to the flirts I receive, the messages I get, sometimes I look at who’s looking at me and if the username and profile photo catches my eye I’ll look at the profile. If the person is a regular forumite and catches my attention I may also engage with them via the forum or send them the “I just wanted to say I liked your profile” flirt 😁 but they’d be expecting that because I’ll tell them in a forum post I’m doing it. Most of my real world family is made up of people I’ve met from here and it’s a pretty supportive close knit group even if we don’t see each other IRL often. I consider my RHP experience to have been a positive one and I’ve met literally hundreds of people and lucky to call some of those initial flirters friends. From little things big things grow they say 🙂 should I send you a flirt Oz_Boy? 😉 ~ Indy PS Buff I like your honesty.....I’m guilty of checking my reflection in store windows 🤷‍♀️

    Thanks for responding, and great to see you made this place work for you. When l first joined years ago l wrongly assumed l wouldnt have to work too hard at this as l reckoned woman being woman loved to shop/window shop and would pick and choose the guys that appealed to them and not really worry too much about the multitudes who were flirting/messaging them. This wasnt the case at all, although a few women did make initial contact, and those were the ones that l ended up meeting. Most if not all of the women I initiated contact with via flirts or messages went either unanswered or a no thanks.Maybe l was punching above my weight, too old or just too crazy :D Anyway constant rejection leads to dejection and figured perhaps this was also why women generally only responded to incoming flirts and messages, the ego can be a fragile thing. Fast forward to now and l only use RHP for a bit of a laugh from time to time and almost always when lm recovering from some sort of big boy toy accident, currently recovering from being flung off my 450 enduro bike. Ggrrrrrrr I like your theory, warm fart vapour hahah Luckily for me it wasnt a volcanic eruption :p

    Widow maker hey haha I call mine the ball breaker. Hasnt broken my balls yet :D just my shoulder and hand at the moment.As for messaging etc Im also a freeloader and havent been a paid member for years now. Every time l log in it prompts me to do it later, maybe later.Been awhile since l went into the flirt section, agreed the choices are crap. Hmmm off to invent some new ones :D
