I am always surprised by the many mens profiles I see that show their age at the top and when you read their profile it states am a ** year old man ...............except their age at the top is three years different.Seriously guys what does this say. That you havent changed your profile since you became a member. In three years you havent felt the need to add anything.Lets not even get into the guys that lie about their age on their profile just to get a look in...obviously its the older ones there say 48 when they are 50.

I find that SO frustrating! Shows total laziness if you ask me. I saw one the other day that had a 7 year difference! Seriously? If you are still here after 7 years surely that is plenty of time to update your profile!

So.... if its a case of laziness..... does that not suggest they may be lazy in other respects from which you/we may suffer? Food for thought. DG

That are a different age than on their profile. They have been honest once we've started chatting but they prefer not to have their real age out there.

I have also experienced the same problem with both men and women. One person even though they stated they were 40 and caucasian was actually asian and 55. Their response was nobody would meet them if they were honest !!!Go figure but in my world honesty has always been and will continue to be the best policy.What you see and what you say should be what you get.

I think the age factor is just people lacking confidence...I am sure for some that 50 is an age that freaks them out. So a little white lie perhaps help some get a long with a bit more confidence.All that being said If you really hooked up with some one and they were great....then you find out they are ten years older than you thought...do you dump them...LC
