So we have one of those bullet whizzers for making super dooper smoothies. We just went ballistic and bought some mixed berries, a shit load of cereals and muesli, some mixed nuts and a box of mixed fruits, some honey and malt, wheat germ, eggs, yoghurt. etc. Some help too what goes with what would be greatly appreciated. Super rootin smoothies are going to take us to the next level. Mado Tara xx

Mado Tara some smoothie ideas: 1. A cup of berries, a cup of yoghurt, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 tablespoon wheat germ and one teaspoon honey - a thick smoothies to keep you going for hours. 2. I have smoothies form breakfast and use the above ingredients but I use one banana, one cup yoghurt, milk, wheatgerm and honey. You can make a fruit compote with the dried fruit and serve it with muesli and yoghurt for breakfast or a dessert. Yoghurt and muesli and honey are great for breakfast as well. You can freeze the yoghurt. You can make a berry coulis (berries and enough sugar to taste and process them till the consistency you like) then you can marble them through the yoghurt and sprinkle with nuts. You can use the compote and make a crumble with the nuts and muesli and bake till golden brown. Serve with yoghurt. Have fun. Mary xx PS - honey can be used as body glaze which you can like off your lovely lady!!!!!

and while watching copious amounts of day time TV I stumbled across the Home shopping channel. The next thing I know, I'm the owner of a bloody Soup Pro and endless knives. Still not sure how that happened Now I've got frigging soup coming out of my ears. I'm making soup from s**** that I didn't think you could make soup from like Kale etc..stuff I hadn't even heard of but in saying that, like yourselves I'm eating so much better and feeling much more energised. Its quick and easy to use. I'm freezing it all so I always have on hand a quick easy meal, I'm eating more veggies which is gotta be good and I'm slowly losing the 5 kilos I put on from new formed Pringles addiction due to massive couch sitting Seriously eyeing up this bullet whizzer now
