  Broadbeach has a really nice restaurant there called Koi, great anytime of the week but on Sundays they have live music and the place attracts a varied crowd of young and old hipsters to people like you and I. It's also surrounded by all the clubs and a short walk to the Casino and the Atrium Bar which is a known swingers haunt. Tallebudgera has become a favourite to while away the sunny days and swim and walk the headland over to Burleigh. Coolangatta Hotel is prime for a bird watch. The locals avoid surfers so can't comment there never been. Couples Club is there for something to try again I haven't been there yet soooooo if you do let me know how you found it. The best coffee on the coast is at the Merlo coffee joint Ferry Street Markets Southport. Had an amazing breakfast at Feather and Dockets today....try the Brekky Burrito!! Hope that helps.

  I think there are plenty of places for fun and excitement on the Gold Coast both day and night. I do not have any places to suggest but hope you have a great time and us Queenslanders treat you well

  Going some where other then far, far northern new south wales but, depending on what you're after, it can be fun. Personally, SeaWorld is a must, even though I missed it last time because I was an idiot.

  Plenty for you to explore here :) Broadbeach for restaurants and Fri/sat at the casino atrium bar. Chateau vino is good on theme nights if you are looking for a swingers club. Surfers is good for finding younger guys and if you like strip clubs etc, just watch for drunks on orchid avenue after midnight! Stingray bar in surfers is very popular with couples and is often a meeting place for people on this site. Anyway have fun!

  Hi there. If you check the events for QLD on RHP.. you will see a lot of events for our club Chateau Vino at Molendinar. We are about $20 by Uber from the heart of Surfers. We'd love to see you there one night. We are open both Fridays and Saturday nights. Cheers

  Stingray Lounge is fantastic, great place to meet all sorts of people. The Atrium at the Casino is good, but we prefer Stingray. If you want to go out dancing, best clubs for people over 25 are in Broadbeach. Chateau Vino is fun. Good place to meet some locals. As for scenery, Coolangatta, Burleigh, Currumbin. Head out to the mountains, Oreilly's, Springbrook, Tambourine. Lots of great places. - Posted from rhpmobile
