Great smells on men

February 10 2015

I am sorry if this has already been done, tried to search but nearest I could find was a few years ago, and things change. I have not had any aftershave or cologne for a long time now. Thinking I may need to get some. Question for the ladies. What is a good cologne, or is natural better ?

Wow, oh so personal. I'd be surprised if you get many responders agreeing to one type. Personally I don't like aftershave.

are my weakness... specially out of the shower, freshly shaved tom ford colognes are just divine.... Noir and orchid series... very classy. just drive me wild. Hugo boss is another. And there are a couple more but I hate when they overdo it. I have a work colleague who puts it really thick with really cheap cologne and it really poisons the whole workplace. we always know he was in a room long after he has left and also before he reaches a room. Thank goodness my work finishes up in April at this place and will give my little pert nose a bit of a break... Lol. I recently men a gorgeous sweet smelling man and I was just trying very hard to contain myself. Definitely got lost in him when I had my face buried in the curve of his neck... yummy.

Davidoff - Cool Water.........it's almost over popular by now, but that's because it's a great scent......crisp, refreshing, masculine, aquatic. Great for everyday use. I don't know anyone that doesn't like cool water. Calvin Klein - Eternity............I love the scent and probably a good one to wear at night. Not overpowering, but masculine and a fresh. The scent doesn't last too long.....probably 3 hours. It's a personal thing.......I don't like the musky, flowery, spicy scents. I prefer the crisp, fresh, aquatic type scents.

with some aftershave/cologne on is a great "turn on" for me. I love how the aftershave mingles with the natural "male scent" of the man. My husband's "signature" fragrance, which I made his, is Lomani. It suits him to a Tee. When he is away, I spray Lomani on his pillow and hug it close at night. It reminds me of him and I pretend that he is near. It helps to take away the loneliness that I must endure. Fragrance on a man is important. It's good for a man to have his own personal "Signature" fragrance !!! Amy

Cool waters is delicious, Fire n Ice for men was divine when they made it, n also guilty of spraying it on Treemans pillow when apart :)) sadly he doesn't wear a great deal anymore, time for a change I think.... Love a sexy clean smelling man, especially hair free n smooth to touch all over :)

I have 6 different colognes lol......women have shoes, i have cologne!!! My personal preference is the moderate colognes like cool water, eternity, polo blue......crisp, fresh, masculine and last for about 3-4 hours. The strong, intensive scents like invictus, le male, joop, versace blue jean etc are too overpowering and too 'spicy' in my opinion. Cologne shouldnt feel like you showered in it imo

I have several scents but more often than not I wear Bulgari...... However.... add to the list, a womans own scent. Seems like most of you ladies love your womanly tones and flavours on a mans lips after he's been enjoying your vagina.

The only one i wear is called Terre'd Hermes , it last for hours , When i have been asked what is that cologne by women a lot of them have never smelt it before . The one i really hate is 1 million intense , by rabanne , the one that looks like an ingot . Absolute assault on the senses !

My first boyfriend used to wear Safari by Ralph Lauren, I remember that I absolutely loved it. It was so long ago I've forgotten what it smells like though, I'll have to hunt down a tester and have a sniff.

Decisions, decisions. So many, so little time. Suppose I will just have to go out and try some (haven't had or used any for years, as haven't needed any). Trouble is, I suspect it is not what I like, it what if woman thinks I smell nice that counts.

To find a scent that suits you....scents smell differently on different people....you need to wander about for a while after trying a scent...some perfumes can be overwhelming or underwhelming or even make you sneeze...Joop makes me sneeze😩..as for Brut and Old Spice...ewww xxFreya

Quoting 'Single_Guy4U' Decisions, decisions. So many, so little time. Reading scent descriptions and detailed reviews can help narrow down to which ones you want to try, fragrantica.com is a good site for that. They have just about every scent ever made on there.

There should be something like wine tasting's. Where a group of people could go out (male & female) and try / test different perfumes and colognes. You could have score cards and smell the other people (men & woman) and score. (not bad, nice for the day, bit sexy, great for night, very sexy, cool, panty wetting, orgasmic ....) ???? (Not much point me thinking a cologne smells nice on me as I already like myself, in fact can't get away from myself, and I have tried :-))
