Groomage of the Pubage

Well my subscription is almost up. Probably wont be sticking around as this site doesn't really have what I am looking for.However in my short time here I have found the forums to be an invaluable knowledge base and I really appreciate the honestly and friendlyness from most of it's denizens.So to my final question:What level (if any) of groomage is favourable to a mans nether regions. Should a man be just mildly shortening and thinning out the hair around said area, completely removing it or almost completely removing it but allowing a basic shroud. Also, do you use scissors or clippers or what?I think by now its quite clear I ask this question with no experience in the matter whatsoever. However I have noticed that the hair does tend to make a certain somebody look a little smaller, when I think it is actually his desire to look bigger.
