  the best and most accepted nude beach is on maui. its called little beach , and is widely used by people from all over, nude or not. one of the nicest beaches anywhere, small and friendly with big friday night party. we love going and will be going again next year . let us know if you want to know more

  There are no officially designated clothing-optional beaches on Oahu. Oahu also has the largest police presence in Hawaii. On a nice day, most beaches are crowded with locals and tourists alike. This is not to say that you will not be able to find a secluded beach or cove and proceed at your own risk.We hired a brand new SUV for under $50 including fuel and toured the island. So that's an option. FYI here is the law in Hawaii: * §707-734 Indecent exposure.(1) A person commits the offense of indecent exposure if, the person intentionally exposes the person’s genitals to a person to whom the person is not married under circumstances in which the actor’s conduct is likely to cause affront.(2) Indecent exposure is a petty misdemeanor.* Hawaii Stat Parks: 13-146-38 Swimming; nudity. (a) A person may swim or bathe except in waters and at times where these activities are prohibited in the interest of public health or safety. These waters shall be designated by posting of appropriate signs. No person shall bathe, swim, walk, sunbathe, or remain on the premises in the nude, or take outdoor showers in the nude, except for bathing or changing clothes within enclosed facilities provided for those purposes or for the exposed breast of a nursing mother in the act of breastfeeding an infant.

  it's a thread revival, but since there aren't any real answers. Here we go: yes and no. There are no official nude beaches, but if you go to the north western side of the island there is an unofficial nude beach. Polo beach - because it's near the polo field. To get there, park on the road side near Dilingham airfield, and there is a long path near the lodge and when you emerge to the beach - head right. Make sure you wear thongs to walk there as the sand on the path is dirty/dark so it gets super hot and has rocks and twigs in it. The actual beach is really nice. Every time I've been there, there has been a bunch of turtles swimming around near the shore.
