Help with WebChat required

March 11 2015

I've been a Premium Member since November 2014 and my Membership states I have 2 Webcam Chats daily. Trouble is, I've never got it to work. I see the yellow flashing "Hi" when Members want to chat. I "click" on it and it takes me to a page that shows the Member's Profile photo, intial message and two buttons i.e. Decline or Accept. I "click" on "Accept" only to be taken to RHP's Membership Page. So what am I doing wrong ? I've never been able to "Chat" with a Member. Also, how do I begin a "Webchat" Your advice is very much appreciated. From a technophobe, Amy

I am not a member but people can chat with me. I can get into the chat room and web cam. But I found out the hard way that web cam chews up internet very fast with the data down load. I can't work out how to slow it down so not using my camera again. Having left it on while i showered and had a long delicious bonk I used my months data in a week I range my provider. Talking to the young guy at my internet provider to find out why My usage was up . Talk about blonde! I said I just got Skype when he said you must have used a high definition setting in your web cam. So now no cam and no close ups in slow mo of me doing the wild thing. Unless it's st the guys house! 😎 Ask rhp help might be best. - Posted from rhpmobile

I had to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. I entered the Couples Chat Room but no one was interested in chatting to me so I left. Can one Skype if all they have is a mobile phone ? Just wondering. Now that I can enter a Chat Room, I'll wait to see if the "Accept" button works for me this time if a Member requests a chat. Amy
