I can see clearly now!

Hi to everyone. We have just joined up, as after months of discussion about what lay ahead, and even longer wondering if we were weird for thinking this way, neither of us had any idea that a site like this existed (cue Angels singing). We had hit the dreaded mid thirty's, and realised that the kids have all but grown up, and friends that may been childless for the last 15 years, decide now to pop as many out as possible, just at the time we can finally get social again. Are there other couples like this or are we just strange? We have waited so long to be able to go out and live again, but suddenly, we realised that we spent so much time on family, we lost the other aspects of our life. The things we did hold onto, like a fantastic sex life and great marriage, have been awesome, but its a little unnerving putting yourself back out there, despite being educated, liberated and ready the second time around. Let the adventures begin. Have fun, and we'll see you around!

Welcome to RHP! There are plenty of people here who are really genuine and like minded looking for the same thing you guys are. I wish you all the best and HAVE FUN!!! It's certainly going to be an adventure!

And yes, it seemed to work against me :'( *but*!! There is definitely a window of opportunity that is still there, and I must say, as someone who doesn't mind associating with those a little younger than I, it hasn't gone badly ;)

Welcome guys, sounds like a very similar story to us and hopefully we're not classes as weird or strange lol..Sure you will find a lot of people in the same situation for the same reasons, looking to have some excitement and loads of fun! We joined this site not knowing what to the outcome, we met and played with someone and it turned out everything but weird. It turned out to be great times. Good luck.Mado, Tara xx
