Are tattoo's a deal breaker for you? Have noticed on a couple of profiles ( more so the women) that they dont wish to meet a guy with tattoo's. Or are you the opposite and love them on a male/female? Or doesnt bother you either way?

But I do think there is a slight judgement by some (probs not on this site) regarding them.

but I don't really like them. Small ones do not bother me at all but large ones esp on the legs e.g. above the ankle I find off putting.

Not at all, they are a talking point for sure but of all the variables that go into a great sexual encounter they must be bottom 5% I would imagine. Could be a cultural belief possibly...I do not possess enough knowledge of what that might be but certain people view them in a negative light due to upbringing.

As long as they're well done and not tacky. I've seen a couple guys' profiles stating a preference for no tattoos and / or piercings. Whether that's due to aesthetic preferences or associating body mods with negative character traits I'm not sure. Maybe both.

Used to be distinctive but no longer, common as muck, I don't really care one way or the other, most are bland some are just cheap and vulgar, really beautiful are rare. I saw a stunning woman playing a cello in the city once, with alabaster skin and lines of music with butterflies and birds it was breathtakingly original and beautifully applied.

Well I have around 26 hrs worth of tattoos, from London, Thailand, Cambodia, and of course Brisbane. I sat for 5 hrs getting a traditional style bamboo tattoo near the Burmese border, it was the most painful experience I have ever had, and the weirdest because it hardly bled. I have a traditional Japanese half sleeve Koi that is amazing, and offsets the rolling stones logo I got on my arse when I was 18 ( which is now almost a faded memory). My wife had a book of signs and symbols, one of the pieces really caught my imagination so I had it tattooed. . As art it is beautiful, but it is so much more. We were renting an apartment in Prague which was 2 stops from Wenceslas Square and the national museum. We wandered into the museum and found in the ancient literature section, a book of spells, it was published in 1575 ( original print ) and the book was opened on the symbol I had tattooed and its accompanying spell. Some are planned, some are spontaneous and I love them.

i dont mind as long as they are done well .. i was put off by them once the guy had the simpsons tattooed onto him and it looked like something a toddler had drawn, I'd likely be put off by clown ones as i have a bit of a clown phobia other than that, its all good.

Where we come from the stigma was that they were reserved for gangsters & convicts & people of bad upbringing /class. If we met a person, got to know them well first and then discovered they had Tatts it would not be a deal breaker for us. However if we got to see pics of the Tatts first , before getting to know them, it might be a turn off for us . Many remind us of messy grafitti. Just our personal opinion & preference. - Posted from rhpmobile

Most of the guys I've been with have had tatts, love them, huge turn on. Been wanting to get a small one myself but can't decide what I want, something around the bikini line I think would be hot 😃

And I think they're beautiful! People comment on the design and workmanship! They tell a story of some major elements of my life, I don't care if people have them or not! I'm intrigued and always ask people what their tattoos mean :) Mary xx

Love the really good imaginative ones. I'm fascinated with the intricate detail and artistry. Not very keen on the skulls and death themes. They have been done to death (pardon the pun!) Clean skin or tattooed .... neither is a deal breaker for me. LG

on girls if they are done well, a sleeve and full leg can be very sexy on the right woman (think suicide girls,,Mmmm) Ive had ink on me for over 40 years and still going, been tattooing myself and others on and off in that time as well but got out of it as at the time there was more money for me in more traditional forms of art. Thinking of going pro again, freelance and work from a suitcase but specialising in grey wash portrait work. Im currently finishing my left arm and working on a full leg design that I will do on my left leg. Underwater scene done in grey wash and black with the only colour being the iridescent blue rings of the occy wrapped around my foot. I dont mind the self inflicted pain but the feet hurt like buggery! (without lube) (Id imagine :P)

DEAL BREAKER? NO BUT WOULD RATHER SEE SEXY SKIN THAN INK ON FANTASTIC LEGS, BACKS TITS, ARMS ETC A WOMAN IS THE PINICAL OF BUITIFULL AND SEXY SO WHY COVER YOURSELF? THAT SAID = EVERY ONE TO THERE OWN.

Doesn't really bother me either way if someone has a tattoo or not. They are no longer the outlaw, rebellious thing they once were and are pretty much commonplace. I'd go so far as to say probably 80-90% of the people I know probably have tatts these days. I don't really see the point in them, but each to their own. Draw the line at face tatts, but anything else...meh. When your Aunty who's over 50 is getting tatts then the whole stigma sort of falls away. Do they look good...all depends on the artist, the piece and where it's placed. I'd say most look pretty average tbh, but I'm not the person wearing it, so obviously it's not really my call. Would a bad tatt be a deal breaker? No, unless it was a face tatt. Mr3

...I appreciate good tats as art on skin and I like clean, smooth skin just as much. It doesn't make the person. I'm less interested in the reasons behind a persons tattoo's, as they've lost their symbolic permanence these days. I've seen enough ex husbands and wives engraved on skin to doubt they can represent a love that lasts forever. Besides they're easy enough to cover over with something new. Just like the past... 😏

I really hate the ex/baby-momma's name tatt on a guy. Apologise for it as much as you want, it'll still be in my face constantly. I'm not easily going to forget that you made a lifelong promise to "Shelley" which you've clearly broken. How can I believe anything you say to me now?

NOT! Tatts, artistic ones, done well, are sexy on both guys and girls. I'll go as far as saying that a good tatt on a toned body has the effect of an aphrodisiac. ...drool...😝 I wish I was't so chicken about getting one myself!

Me personally I love them I have a few myself. It's not something I've taken lightly I've put a lot of thought in to the process and waited quiet sometime to make sure it's something I really wanted. I don't really care of people's opinions regarding My tattoos as they are very special to me, they are a daily reminder of loved ones who have passed. I have pride in them and love sharing my story with people who are genuinely interested and can appreciate them. I know they are not for everyone, I can respect that. But I also expect the same. Mine DO NOT represent an image, and most of the time you will find we have them done for ourselves and not for the minority who find them offensive. If you do find them offensive well, kindly keep your opinions and dirty looks to yourself. We really shouldn't stereotype people from all walks of life have awesome tattoos and that's there choice!!! They just happen to be damn sexy 💚😍 - Posted from rhpmobile

it really depends on the tattoo, and whether someone makes me sit through the "like so totes meaningful story of how they decided on a sanskrit character that they got when they were backpacking" (bullshit, you just thought sanskrit sounds more exotic than your BFF Courtney's chinese symbol for "tattoo given to western girl looking for 'exotic' tramp stamp") I dislike the "RIP" memorial tattoos, especially with a badly done face - the person who gets one might be a lovely individual, but I see that and groan internally... I mean "no, like everyone else I'm so totally not judgemental". (I also have the same reaction to those "my family" sticker and "RIP" stickers on cars) I have female friends who 'collect' them haphazardly, they like them, good for them, generally I don't think they add anything - usually the opposite. I don't think mine adds or enhances anything, I can't even reliably tell you which side of my back/shoulder it's on. Basically, I don't really care about tattoos - I do care about being spared the story about them.

Quoting 'S_OnTheLoose' it really depends on the tattoo, and whether someone makes me sit through the "like so totes meaningful story of how they decided on a sanskrit character that they got when they were backpacking" (bullshit, you just thought sanskrit sounds more exotic than your BFF Courtney's chinese symbol for "tattoo given to western girl looking for 'exotic' tramp stamp") Can't say that my tattoos have any deep meaning. I have a dragonfly because I like them, a dragon because I like them, and a flower that I liked enough to cover up a Chinese character that I had done when I was younger and thought it was cool... even though what I know about Chinese culture would fit on a very small notebook page, if that Oops sorry S, if I just made you sit through my story about my tattoos

I don't really have a preference. They say the mind is the biggest sexual organ and they are spot on. I like to explore a person's mind, the way they think, everything else is negotiable :)

I'm now, blushing, into cock worship, but not limited to, body worship too, and love appreciating all of then, including their tatts. I like kissing their tatts 😊 my mind is a curious little thing, but it takes over and has me fully appreciating the person, the body, the artwork that may or may not define them, I love the chance to connect with them on a very intimate level. Tatts rock, they tell a story sometimes, sometimes not so much, all good, but they are sexy as fuck 😉
