Is she cheating?

A friend of mine has a girlfirend from Germany. They are in a long distance relationship. She recently came out for a few weeks to visit him. They had a greay time together. She is also into Anal penetration. She was back in germany for 3 weeks and communications went a bit quieter than usual for a while.Sje said due to work being busy. She recently told him that she has just started suffering from a recent case of cystitis that started 2 days ago. She has visited the doctor and is now taking medication to ease the pain. Looking over the internet this seems to be caused from aggresive sexual penetration or from a male penetration the anus and then the vagina transferring an infection. There are some other causes and when he has probed her with questions she says it is normal in europe due to the cold weather and that she has and would never cheat on him by having sex with other guys. This is a secret disease women get like a cold but is not talked about. Is she cheating? Any advice you could help provide my mate with would be greatly appreciated.

I would mind my own business. If she is cheating your friend is not gonna like being told that and if she isnt and you say she is, he wont like that either. Which ever way it pans out, it is really none of your business. Interfering is a quick way to lose the friendship

there's also the possibility that 'his friend' is actually 'himself' and he's humbly asking for our advice. I think long-distance relationships are all about trust, and if your friend still trusts his girl then I think he should keep things as how it is at the moment. If he has even the slightest doubt then better to end it now, as that 'slight doubt' will only grow bigger, not smaller. That will take a toll on his life, e.g can't focus at work etc etc. Just my 2 cents.

Cystitis is NOT a symptom of cheating ! There is NO other evidence. Be VERY careful NOT to read into things that aren't there..... it's very easy to become paranoid. I was once accused of cheating because I was going to the gym every day and I'd talk about my personal trainer and how much I love my great toned body. I WASN'T CHEATING ! I had no intention of cheating but the suspicion was detrimental to my relationship. My advice.... be VERY VERY careful of what shit you stir up ! Cheers, Miss Saturn
