Lean, thin men

October 17 2017

I'm pretty tall and very lean, always have and since running I've lost more, but feel very good and haven't felt this good in a long time. Multiple questions in this to save time. I had a discussion with a few friends and we talked about body types that turn you on and most liked big, tall and bulky men with Tatts. Some even admitted to feeling very self conscious about their own bodies when they met that type of guy. Most weren't attracted to a lean man and most said it was due to a security and safety thing some even said they don't like being bigger than their man. Would you agree? If a lean man had abs is it a turn off? Are you turned off by their arrogance if they are? Do you worry they like to be chased by multiple women? Another question is are you a sleepaholic? Do you need 12 hours sleep a night? When you finish work or have spare time are you a nap person? Can you function with limited sleep?

I think a fit healthy body may be a bit daunting for some if they feel they are a bit out if shape. For many, it's the personality that is most important, others it may be good looks. Basically different strokes for different folks. For me, guys need to be good looking, a body that doesn't have a beer gut that gets in the way. I'm tall so don't do short guys. But that's my female side and my female attraction is very different Just as my male side is a completely different story. So one person, 2 personalities and different attractions. Sleep? I survive on 5hrs a night. Strangely we both get the same hours per night..... go figure. Although he gets a bit cranky toward the end of the work week. Men.....

of your body state while it still exists in t's cuurent form. Best bet is that it won't stay like that forever. Speaking from experience. Was around the 61/2 kg mark around your age - but not any longer.... Tall

Its all personality, charisma and confidence...women will get very bored very quickly if you're as exciting as watching grass grow, regardless of how big your muscles are. Yes they like security but don't be fooled by thinking the bigger you are the tougher and more intimidating you are. I have met some lean small guys in the military who where fugn hard as nails, they would take on any one in a scrap. End of the day if a women cant accept you for who you are ...who gives a fuck. Plenty of other fish out there! As for sleep...I worked in Mining for 12 years so I was use to only 6 hours sleep a night when I was away...I never sleep in and I feel better getting up at 5am, even on my days off, I hate sleeping in, I do have the odd arvo nap after a good workout at the gym, and I'm prone to falling asleep very quickly after a good shag and a few beers.

Don't like the bulky beefcake body type. I prefer taller guys for the reasons you mentioned re feeling secure and feminine, but generally prefer them on the slimmer side. Toned is nice. I sleep for around 7, 7.5 hours a night. No time for naps except on the weekends but I take them when I can because I love them just for having the free time to be able to do it, not just because i'm tired. Miss Little xx

As long as I’m happy with my body I don’t give a fuck what anybody else thinks, I look after myself to varying degrees, in winter I chub up, currently headed towards 75 kilos from 85 at 175cms. Physical work keeps the muscle defined rather than bulging which suits me just fine. Sleep is around the standard 8hrs but I can get by on much less to none but not for long !

Perfect, go you 👍 I'm not into stocky builds at all. Lean or tight with minimal body fat and muscle definition, particulary chest, abs and arms, is what I'm most used to. I don't have to worry about being bigger than them, not anymore. Still there was one who was another race and tiny, looked nothing like the closeup pictures I had seen. I met him, said thanks but no thanks, he was too small. Another guy was a bit shorter than me but holy crap, amazing body and really good looking, usually prefer them much taller but happily made an exception for him and saw him a few times after that. His build was also lean, but with definition. Yum But stocky, even if athletic, definitely not for me. I don't mind at all if they're skinny even, but as they get older, I don't like saggy arms and chest when there is no muscle. Yes I'm fussy but there's nothing worse than being rejected at the point of meeting, better to be true to ourselves beforehand to save hurting further along Sleepaholic? I wish. Barely sleep at all. I would be happy with LittleGiant's 7-7.5 hrs a night, but not even close. I'm too excited by life. I don't want to miss anything 😉

Can't fatten pure bred or stray dogs I'm not a stray dog, LOL Can confirm smaller males have to work harder in sports and other activities, to gain the basic respect. Spent many yrs breaking down the barriers, proving this. So looks are priceless, great great fun. why because I'm stubborn and I could. Made great mates over many yrs of being "silent achiever, and always gave it 100%. Some fails lots of gains but u move forward. People that read u from the outer cover are just short sighted. Always look on both side of the coin and go with your gut feeling.

Obviously personality is important but if I had to pick on body type alone lean and slender would be my pick every day of the week! Personally I'm not attracted to super athletic/muscly types. Mrs E x - Posted from rhpmobile

Re 7 hours a night, I don't want to miss anything either and feel like there's never enough hours in a day, but if I don't get that many hours I'll miss everything - I become a bit of a zombie! Is overrated. While it’s nice to ya e the odd ten hour sleep in, most of the time 6, preferably 7 hours works well. Bit when there’s more interesting things to do I’ve worked out that one can survive remarkably well on 3 hours a night for up to a week... mind you coffee in the morning does help!

Sleep is the enemy of menopausal women. I'm almost out the other side I think, barely any symptoms anymore, but the last week, I've started getting a bit hot at night, not really bad, just enough to wake me up, so the excited by life part is true but menopause makes it impossible to sleep properly anyway. I was on a natural medication but took myself off that, I don't need it anymore, I could sleep well when on that. Broken sleep has again started to creep back in. It's such a pain because I get hot the second I fall asleep, so wake up after having only just fallen asleep. I quite often give up trying lol and get up and do stuff to stay awake 😂

I know I would 😉 It's currently 4.17am. I've now been fully awake for about an hour but woke up a zillion times before that. I don't mind though 😀 Each time I wake up I smile, happy to be alive and immediately start with dirty thoughts of course. Probably not menopause at all, wet dreams lol

I've managed to maintain a pretty healthy body shape although I know I'd feel better about 5 kg lighter.. Not tall , not short and a happy human so that seems to mak up for any of natures misgivings. If I had the choice I'd like to be abit taller, but only because all the heavy stuff tall skinny guys have seems to be in thier dick.. All dick and ribs as they say... I think all their tucker feeds the old boy only... By the time I finish business and unwind, it's usually 11.30 to 12 midnight . I use TV as my sleeping tablet , set the timer for 1 hour and I'm usually asleep long before it shuts itself down.. Usually wake between 5 - 6 am, but then dose off for another hour or so ' providing mr happy isn't making a tent first.. Then it's up to tackle the day..

Evades me most nights ... a good night is a minimum 4 hours uninterrupted sleep 💤.... I get maybe 4 to 5 hours ... but I’m highly energetic and tend to cope well :) I don’t do day naps , or rarely, unless I’ve been kept up all night ;) I do prefer my men as what I would call ‘strong and solid’ ... I’m short but built voluptuously and most people are taller than me :) however, I’d still rather a far more physically built man than myself :) I’d like to be picked up, thrown around and held down ...someone who can manipulate me physically is my ideal and in my experience, it’s the more ‘solid’ guys that achieve this :) I’ve had a very lean play friend in the past and he was gorgeous BUT being as lean as he was, his hip bones protruded a fair bit ... most sexual positions weren’t very comfortable for me, even though I carry padding for a few lol In saying all of that though ... I do get to know people first ... the physicality of a person is secondary :) Mary xx
