Lost Boobs!

October 27 2012

I have recently (over last 8 months) got fit and lost a whole stack of weight. As a result I have completely lost my boobs! I have gone from a 10DD to a 10B cup and I think I’m still shrinking! I wanted to ask other ladies who have gone through similar weight loss if you had massive shrinkage in your boobs and if so are you going to fix this issue or leave your boobs as they currently are I have been researching boob jobs of late although I honestly don’t think this is something ill consider for a couple of year yet as it looks bloody painful and I’m not the fondest of doctors (they scare me). Other than a breast lift are there any other options you considered? Or for those ladies with fake boobs how painful was it to get them done and are you happy you got them done either after weight loss or for another reason Amazingly though I don’t miss my boobs are much as I thought I would and I currently prefer the muscle I’m starting to see grow on my body. Do any other fit ladies hold this view? That muscle or having a toned butt/legs/stomach is better than having boobs Taby.

And I love a girl with nice ones....But Personally I will not loose more weight or shrinking any more......You look good now, but if you loose more of you....will start to look a bit too thin.....Again it is just my opinion, but a girl needs to have shape, curves, and a bit of softness.......When the bones start to show, it is a big turn off.....Good luck

@ NoFuzz- I agree bones are not attractive and I would never let myself get like that. I am at the stage now where I have lost all the weight I want to and im building muscle. However as you build muscle you do still reduce your body fat % all over as muscle eats fat. Taby.

It's funny how the boobs always go first when you lose weight but the tummy doesnt. When I lost over 80kgs I did miss my boobs but I would never consider surgery - I just think boob jobs look fake. They may be half the size they used to be but they are still mine and I love them.   Pusscat xxx

and my PT could of killed me. I didnt loose anything from my boobs but went from a 16D cup to a 16DD. No idea why I got to buck the trend (and I am feeling for your lose Taby) but I thank my Mum for blessing me with my girls.   As breasts are basically fat deposits it is more common to do as youve done Taby (lose them) as you exercise and lose weight.   Im just a freak lol   If you arent happy with how your tits look then change them. But only do the for yourself and noone else.   Kisses Focus

Hi Taby..You look fit and in proportion. I personally think in proportion breasts are the most attractive look on a woman .. but I know the fixation for most is .. 'bigger is better'. Do what your heart tells you.. As focus said, if you do decide on any kind of enhancement, it is for you..not because of what someone else or popular culture dictates. Keep up the good work...you look healthy and buff, something many young women these days seem to have discarded in their endless pursuit of alcohol and fast food.

Not much besides chest work to tone what you have and maybe look at fennel seed as a natural enhancer.

I am not in the same fitness league as you Taby, Im only 3 months into my mission of shedding all my weight. But I too have noticed that amongst the 10kgs Ive lost, my boobs are shrinking too. I was a DD, but now my bras are too big. Ive never been one for fake boobs or anything like that, but once I have comppleted all my weight loss I would look into getting some tidying up done if necessary. Your body looks fantastic. As previously mentioned, if you do get some new boobs, do it for yourself, not anyone else.

Taby I am not having a go at you, but any PT worth their salt will tell you that this is the first part of a woman that starts to go. I cannot believe that you have been training for 8 months and you are asking a question about losing your boobs. Now if you are still seeing that hot piece of gear Daring, I'm surprised you even need to ask.   If you are going to go for the fitness model look, you have to realise that you are going to lose all your body fat, and that includes your boobs. Women are meant to have between 15 to 25% body fat. That's our genetic's marking us as baby incubators.   Again, let me be clear, I am not having a go at you. But this smacks of someone who's gone into this adventure without researching all the effects that training in this manner will have on your body.   Me, I don't give a rats arse if I lose some of my boobs on my weight training and body journey. A d cup on my frame is proportioned but I think unless I build my back to support it, I'm gonna hate them. Call me "lucky" but I dont lose my boobs when I lose weight. I'm never going to be as smort of fitness model thin as the next person, but I'll be happy to be able to fit into a size 12/14 and not jiggle.   Be happy with who you are and don't let others, or society dictate to you what beautiful is. Boobs don't make you attractive. You make you attractive. Happy, healthy and smiling, treating people with respect and caring, honesty and creating awesomeness in everything you do.   As for a boob job... thats up to you. Personally, I wouldn't want an artifical cock in me. Don't let what men think is beautiful influence you

I've lost weight and in turn lost my breasts.I've toyed with the idea of getting fake boobs but to be honest I would rather the boobs I have than risk getting a set out of a lucky dip basket.I've gone from a 12D/10DD to a 10C. Personally I'm very self conscience about my breasts and think they're horrible. They're not, it's just what my inner voice tells me.If I take emotions and self esteem out of it though, they're not too bad, and they do the job. They're soft and squishy and with all the weights I'm doing my pec muscles now give them the illusion of shape. With more exercise the perkier they get so I'm pretty happy with what I have considering.Women care about their breasts far more than men do.I don't need a boob job, I need a self esteem lift and it can only come from the inside. Confidence is far sexier than boobs that point skyward. I just make sure I don't pretend they are porn star breasts and get them out everywhere like those with fakies :)MrsSplicey

To keep my breasts. I have to actually work at keeping weight on as I burn it very fast...and yep the first place it always goes is my itty bitty titties:(. Given the choice of being unhealthy, overweight and unfit or the opposite and b cup boobs...I choose the latter. I love being fit, love my body , can't imagine trying to run with a big chest , enjoy the new you Taby Minxy x

You've done a fabulous job and you look hot as hell.Sure they may be smaller ,but they are real, as odd as this sounds coming from a guy(guess I'm not your average guy). I have had girlfriends with real small and large ones, and have had a gf with big fake ones, just like they say" you cant beat the real thing! "Normally they cut underneath your breast , or cut off your nipple and sow it back on or make a scar under your arm,(all 3 you get scars,)and they feel too hard and not a natural feel.Ive also talked a friend out of getting some because she thought she would be happier as well as a guy she liked telling her he likes big boobs,if you were meant to always have big boobs, you would! Stick with your natural beauty and sexiness, you look gorgeous now, maybe try pilates to tone everything, instead of lose your breast tissue with building muscle, keep up the good work!

Yes I have lost massive amounts of weight at times in my life but my boobs do not diminish. I gain and lose weight evenly so I just look the same only smaller or larger. Do not lament the loss of your boobs. I have carried around f cup boobs since I was 13 years old. They are highly over-rated and I am planning a boob reduction. I would sell my first born child to have a lovely pair of C cups. (My first born is more than capable of selling herself though if she was so inclined, so that would not work but maybe I could just market her instead)

Good on you Pusscat! I think once again this comes from confidence. I have lost 30 kilos and my boobs have gone smaller, but I am still a confident woman. I also still have quite ample boobs, even though they have gone smaller since the weight lost. However, being confident in yourself is the key. I look around and see many more women with smaller boobs than mine, and I think accepting your body for who you are is the key to self happiness and fulfillment and confidence. I would not consider having fake boobs, as that is just what they look like.. fake. And the risks that go with the surgery are not to be shrugged. Think of all the women who have to have their breasts removed because of cancer, and they are still surviving and confident women. Confidence is a state of mind.. NOT how your body looks. Be happy with yourself when you look in the mirror... and I have the attitude that if you don't love me the way I am... then don't love me at all! I woud rather be myself, natural, happy, self esteem, confident and more... than to be superficial and something that is not really me. And after all, if a man is going to love me for my boobs... then forget it.. he's not worth loving back. And if you are not looking for love, but just sex... there is a lot more than boobs when it comes to sex.... and even though I still have quite ample boobs... when I am having a great time during sex, and I know the man is in ecstacy as well... I don't think either one of us are thinking how big my boobs are.....or care!

Same thing happened with me when I was into my fitness years ago, and Im sure 99 per cent of women would agree thats the fat that goes first. Running in particular shrinks them. I personally am a huge fan of full boobs on women and on myself, and to me they are what makes a woman (along with long hair and delicate hands). Im about a C cup, but I used to be an A and I also used to be DD, and I most deffinitley prefer the other, even if it means a rounder belly and a bigger butt. I think women are meant to have these, unless they are supermodels in which case a fantastic pair of legs is great. My mom was always flat, but after me, her boobs balooned, and have looked fantastic till she got into the 6th decade. Im keeping my fingers crossed. If not, under the knife I go :)

I know being a guy some ladies dont want to take my advice, but please hear me out (and no, it wasnt me that got the boob job) When my ex had our kids, especially after having my son, she EXPLODED to about an E cup, and I am talking SOLID, stick straight out there tits, because she we nursing, and her tits were full to the bursting point with milk.I was in to boobs and she was fit (about a 10-12), i was in the army we were both in our mid 20s and she would run with me every night, we would go to the gym, etc, so she had this SOLID body with massive hooters.I lost all sense of reality. to make matters worse, when she would have an orgasm, she would start to spray milk everywhere. she would get embarrassed and apologize but for some reason it just made me more insane for her.ANYWAY, after she quit nursing, she dropped down to a B cup. SDA husband. She was still in good shape but could tell I missed those massive knockers, so she got a boob job. The guys was VERY good (army plastic surgeon), and would only use Saline implants because if they did burst (almost impossible, you would have to be in a car wreck with the steering wheel hitting you in the chest), then your body would absorb the saline as it is just sterile water. He said the implants he was going to give her would take her up to a heavy C cup.It didnt. and she was devastated. i really didnt care as it still looked good to me. took her about six weeks to fully heal, but i was playing with them in two and as long as i was gentel, it didnt hurt her and she still had all her regular sensations.Things you need to consider:A. You are young. your profile says 23, i think. You look fairly hot, and you have a whole life ahead of you. Women who get implants too yound have a screw loose as far as i am concerned, too many things can go wrong and you r stuck with it for life.B. There ARE risks. they are small but still there. they could be different sizes, sometimes your body thinks they are foriegn bodies inside you (they are) and will form scar tissue around the implants and they will harden up like baseballs. I heard that then it is painful , but not severe, and it is recommended that they be removed. then you are back down to smaller boobs.... with scars.C. Personally, I think younger women should wait until their 30s or 40s before implants. Think of it this way: you are young, you have a hot, hard body, and you still look good. When you buy a car and it is brand new, it has that new car smell. if you take car of it, it will still look good but as it gets older it will start to show its age. save you some moeny over the years, overhaul it to its former glory. So If you save up your cash, and WAIT until 'things head south' You will have some cash to possibly do a total overhaul, boob job face lift, lypo, etc. and in 20 years time, WHO KNOWS what technology they will have them.So you will be fourty, have your 'overhaul, and come back out looking years younger.you get a boob job now, and you are still young... with boobs. you wasted your money because THEY WILL start to go south too and will look CREEPY when you get older.People rely too much on hollywood for an example of how a woman should look, or a guy for that matter. I dont think too many people here can afford $25000.00 Of plastic surgery, A nutritionist, and a personal trainer .but ultimately the decision is yours. Personally, While i am a tit man, no man in his right mind would want you any other way than what you are. You have a hot body, and a beautiful face. I would be too busy looking in to those eyes while i was pounding you......
