We dont mind a year or so fib on the age. We came across a couples profile on here and other day. And have been messaging back and forth on another site. There ages on this site are 10 and 12 years different to the other site

Haven’t come across it on this site...but did come across it on another...saying they are single but they are attached. Came out because I was questioning why we couldn’t go to his place...suffice to say I did not meet him

I think a few people shave a couple of years off their age, but when its 10 years or over...not playing the game. Ill be 57 in a couple of days, I wont be changing it. Ive come across many single guys who are attached, the profile usually gives it away. No photo, discreet hook ups and daytime meets only.....you soon recognise the signs. I personally havent met anyone who didnt look like their photos, but I know a couple of guys who have. Dishonesty isnt a nice trait, you are who you are, embrace it.

The one that really gripes me is when someone says they dont smoke, but when you meet its obvious they do.

For me I haven't met anyone who's outright lying about their appearance etc yet, more so people who are lying (or perhaps just unsure?) about their situation or intentions. I don't mind people bumping their height/age etc around for discretion, and things like age and weight don't even matter to me. It's more so that if they've tricked me into meeting them under false pretenses, I can't trust them with my body. And I get a bit annoyed about the situational type lies more because it wastes my time when they could just be upfront. I also don't bother engaging with profile that aren't fully completed with photos, to minimise catfishes -I've come across some couples implying they are together but then it turns out they're just friends. That's not exactly a dealbreaker. I assume if you have a couple's profile you are a couple unless you say otherwise, so it's more of an innocent omission than a malicious lie. But it's a bit disappointing because part of the sexiness for me is enjoying the love and connection between the couple, and then when we meet it's something different to what I was anticipating. But this is why I now ask lots of questions. -'couple' profiles where it's more of an 'attached man profile using photos of his wife to draw you in' where she's not actually involved/aware. I've put in my profile for the woman to reach out first, and usually it's very obvious if it's hubby impersonating his wife. I'm not interested in being approached by the man at all until I'm ready to meet them, and I've turned down some otherwise lovely couples who ignored that rule, just because it gives me a bad gut feeling that they either haven't actually read my profile (which feels a bit like I'm a 'bum on a seat' for them), or they have willingly ignored my boundary 🚩 but the lesson learnt is, always make 1 silly request in my profile, if only just because it's a great test of who is actually reading it and will respect my boundaries

apparently every guy on here has a 7 inch plus penis which is totally against the law of averages. it really wouldn't be a good thing for us, I'm just over 6 which is sometimes a little big for my partner and requires a lot of foreplay, I think anything much bigger than me would really hurt her.

The most common ‘lie ‘ is the men that have a single male profile and are actually married. If they had read our profile , they would know we only meet up Saturday nights . One or two messages into a conversation it becomes blatantly obvious they haven’t read the profile. They thought they could persuade us into having a sick day off work or coming home early from work for some fun ! We are asked these questions a lot . We have only actually met one guy on here that obviously used another persons body photos . I won’t go into it . Sadly , we did go through with taking the party back home. Huge error on our part , mistake never to be repeated . It was years ago at the beginning of our exploration. We all learn from our mistakes .

Heard them all. The most common is guys saying single when they aren't but that's easy to spot with experience The age thing doesn't worry me as long as the photo matches the true look, after all age is merely a number if you show your true physical self in your pics then its your call. Same with weight. Call yourself what you like but a pic should tell the truth. So for me boils down to the pic you present

There's some interesting thoughts in amongst those replies. For the guys that lie about size, just as many will reject you for being too big. We all like something a bit different, just be honest about what you're packing. The "single, married guy" thing becomes really obvious to us because daytime meets actually work for us and we've included it in our profile. We've come so close to removing it, but unfortunately with kids and shift work it makes sense for us. Likewise, we prefer people our age or older. If you're lying about your age you might miss a couple like us, with those preferences. Likewise body size, lots of us guys out there that like bigger ladies😋 But hey, they're only preferences and we'll happily step out of our comfort zone for decent friendly people! Oh and smokers, don't lie about that shit we can smell it in your pores

It’s a reality on here that some will fib and some will blatantly lie their backsides off, our first meet n greet was quite revealing....... “ almost everyone fudges their age at a minimum we were told”🙄 and it snowballs from there. For us catching someone in a porky pie is a deal breaker......... the trust aspect of the lifestyle is paramount, we will stop chatting to those we catch out and have walked out of meets because it🤦♀️🙄 We are who we are and our profile is 100% us....... but each unto their own. N and D🍒

Most u dont find out unless u ask direct questions. Like how long since seperated? Answer still living in same house. Then i think u should list as its complicated. Old pics is one i dont like, I don't care what u looked like 10yrs ago. I don't want people to be surprised that i look different in pics. So i dont lie and i dont use pics more than 12 monrhs old. Plus Im 50 and proud of it.

Mostly look/weight. Women like to use either use old pics or new pics with very advantageous angles.

Do you honestly think that people on the net lie about their physical attributes or appearance? I would be dumbfounded if this ever occurred lol
