I say.... Yes. Come in tight 'brother'..... Now, this is not just about getting laid.... because i dont know the nsture of your friendship with these women. So to me, this is about social man-woman interaction. Would you shag them? Im sure if you answer honestly.... you'd probably say yes. So if you're in the habit of inviting women into your bed just to cuddle...(2 in a few days is a habit)... I have to ask you...why? Circumstances led these two women to your bed where they opened themselves to be potentially put in an awkward situation of feeling rejected of having to reject your advances?! If that was the role you signed up for on the night, then well done for playing by the rules. I've mentioned in a previous forum that i have a Friend, who i've had occasional benefits with, that i have called on occasion when i just need to be held. I called him, he came and spooned all night. On this particular occasion he knew sex was off the table. I knew he desired me, that i could have initiated sex and that it would have been welcomed. I was grateful that he was prepared to be a friend that night, with no expectations.

Hell no!Just because you're in bed with someone, doesn't mean sex is a given, or even necessary. For mine, there's nothing like the feeling of have my arms wrapped around somebody, holding them close, feeling their every movement while gradually drifting off to sleep.

did you want more but not pursue more out of respect for her/their wishes? did they not make their desires clear and did you not investigate further? did you simply not want more yourself? real men (IMO), have self-control and maturity and are secure in themselves, who cares about your "man" card if all that does is get you labelled and judged to be like 90% of the men in the world. Two, as I said, there were no expectations when I meet these ladies. Three I enjoy a good cuddle often versus one night of sex. I'm happy to lose my man licence if I can keep my Gentleman's licence. I have been in a similar circumstance, and I have to say, it takes a lot of self control. You my friend can keep you licence. I think that DG's comment about people opening up enough to put themselves in a situation where they could possibly be rejected is correct, but at the same time, you yourself have done the same thing. If both parties are comfortable enough and honest enough, then fine.

Are the women involved you discuss in this post from this site, did you tell them you have been discussing their sexual attraction or lack of sexual attraction with a third party? Did you warn them that you would be putting up a post discussing them even if no names have been mentioned? All in all doesn't sound very gentleman like to me. And doing all of this on a dare doesn't sound particularly well thought out either or gentleman like either. But that is just my thoughts on the matter. The nights you have described depend on many things, the state of mind when the two of you went to bed, what has been going on in your lives leading up to the day/night in question etc. While we all for the most part are seeking sexual gratification through sites like these, I am also seeking a level of occasional intimacy. Being single has its difficult moments including loneliness or feeling overwhelmed by many factors and can result in a true desire to be touched or held by someone in a comforting but not necessarily sexual way. For example I could have had a truly taxing/stressful week on a home and work front and not necessarily be feeling overly desirable let alone overly sexual but I still have the desire to be held in strong arms and have a temporary feeling of comfort for that moment in time. Maybe it is a result of years of having been in a relationship and being used to having had that warm body in the bed no matter what, just draping an arm or a leg over my body, I mean after 18 years it was not always sex every night in bed. A good FWB should be able to provide a bit of both. It doesn't mean the guy is being a pussy and it doesn't mean the woman is seeking more.

Personally I haven't ever shared a bed with a straight man without sexual contact happening at some stage. I've tried several times but yes, something also pops up. I even spent the night with a lovely guy who needed cuddles. Sex was a no no. There was an obvious mutual attraction and after 20mins of initial spooning, arousal was obvious and we made out like rabbits all night and morning. I blame the scent of pheromones lol. Great night!!! Sadly I cannot associate bed sharing or personal intimate contact without sexual connotations. Just how my brain is wired 0_o But if this works for u and works for them - what's the harm??? I had a first AND second date cuddle like you mentioned. I was expecting more and was kinda disappointed but felt respected and warmed to the idea of developing a friendship first.
