Masturbation? Healthy or Harmful?

I was caught masturbating just the other day and oh wasn't that an embarrassing encounter. At first I tried to pretend I was adjusting my pants ... but then again I wasn't wearing any and that didn't work. I then protested I was giving myself a self examination for unidentified lumps and possible sexual health problems. After some negotiations and a little bribery the judge offered to let me off with a warning as long as I didn't try and do it while giving evidence in court again.Rob

look I was not caught but observed once, yeah I did the whole don't you knock etc but you know what myself and previous partners have spent more time watching each other I could not count vote 1 healthy this election

from personal experience (ie no sex in a decade long marriage) if you don't use it (masturbation, sex,the lot) it really DOES dry up!!!lilmiss xxx

Nevermind... She was a Bobbit fan, we'll leave it at that... Sheesh... Many many years gone from my life and not really missed... But agreed, use it or lose it.
