  On the venue, I know my preference is places that let in sngle guys and they are about, yes it can be a little bit more expensive, but again it's dependant on the venue.   On the event OP...   There are particular parties, a couple of which are advertised on RHP that are simply that, a "party" (usually held at a nightclub, with attendance by invitation only - no general public are admitted (usually)) where likeminded people attend and meet/dance/party. Walking around with your cock in your hand would NOTbe considered good form at same and you would likely be removed and blacklisted. Usually, only very few single men are in attendance and these are generally, younger, hot and known to the regulars or organiser of the event.   As for swinger "clubs" I am hardly a regular, you would need input from others, but it does depend on the night/theme. For example, I know they do hold only couples/girls nights as opposed to other times when single guys are invited.
