  If I have prostrate stimulation without any form of stimulation to the penis (note medical term there) then I would ejaculate less than a 1/4 of the normal amount. Simultatenous stimulation would achieve more but having a normal ejaculation combined seems to detract from the experience of the prostrate one as it removes the focus. So what works best for me is no other stimulation, a regular sustained rythym of stimulation to the prostrate area. It can take a while and easily lost if rythym changes etc. It's easier to achieve my own solo as you can find the perfect rythym as to what suits and the exact position but can still take me anything up to an hour which increases the intensity, same as the penile type.   1. Quantity is related to how long you have been previously stimulated for, as normal, and; 2. Stimulation of the prostate ALONE seems to have the effect of bypassing the orgasmic sensations normally associated with stimulating the penis, and instead "inducing" ejaculation more directly (orgasm and ejaculation are associated together but are seperate processes).   I have never tried or experienced postrate orgasm perhaps one of the experiences to try. I was researching about tantra and most of the tantra practitioners offer as part of their massage. They claim and promise of intense full body orgasm with prostrate massage as wells as claim the health benefits. I don't know how true this is would be interesting to hear if someone tried this before.

  I'm quite partial to a bit of prostate stimulation but it's never got me off in its own right, with other things going on however like oral etc Whoohoo !   I've only ever had a couple of prostrate orgasms, as they can be quite difficult to achieve.There is no rushing it, and as Annie stated, rhythm can be lost very easily, so it usually takes quite a while to get to the point of orgasm, but I think the build up to orgasm makes it even more intense because of this. There is a huge difference for me between a prostate orgasm and a regular orgasm. Prostate orgasms make me shake and quiver all over, like a full body orgasm, is much more intense and lasts much longer, and to me at least, feels a lot better.
