I always knew I wanted boobs but somehow was only elsewhere when they handed them out ! Lol I was fortunate to be given beautiful nipples so when I had finished having kids I went off to have a boob job. I didn't want huge ones just what I should have been given for my body frame . I have never regretted it !!! These days procedure are so good and implants are so advanced that they don't feel weird or hard and most people don't even realise as the only scar I have is under my arm pit where no one sees . They just look and feel like a pair of nice perky boobs . And yes when I lie down the move slightly and give a nice ski slope shape but don't disappear under my arm I love the freedom of not having to wear a bra and also being able to push them up in a sexy bra and look a bit more sexy with a mountain of cleavage If its on your mind and you want it do it , do something for yourself as everyone will have a opinion and the only one that really matters is your opinion !! Good luck Xx mrs cock_suckers- Posted from rhpmobile

hey hey :D I was a large C cup before having kids and after breast feeding i lost it all and went down to an A cup so i know what you are going through. Last year my chrissy present from my hubby was breast implants and im telling you now i dont regret it one bit. I am now 5 months post op and am an E cup and love them to death!! Sleeping and fooling around ;) on my tummy doesnt feel weird at all ...it will feel different but u will get use to them..... I had no complications, back to work in 2 weeks after surgery and back doing weight lifting on the 3rd month. Do your research get the best surgeon. My surgeon is an expert on botch surgeries he fixes them so i figured he would do the job perfect the first time. And he did, mine look fantastic feel natural and are perfect in every way....if i would do it again i would...I only have one tip for you....one of the many regrets girls have is they wish they've gone bigger so save yourself the heartbreak and go the biggest you can go....hope this helped you

I think our breasts are very much tied up in our femininity, regardless of size, shape or perkiness. As a teenager, I underestimated this fact more than I care to admit.I was 19, a UK size 10 (aussie 8) with an FF cup bust. Needless to say, they were uncomfortable and I got fed up with people talking to my breasts and never taking me seriously. So, long story short, I got a reduction down to a healthy C cup. It was the best thing I ever did. I felt like I had my head back for the first time in years. Suddenly, people started commenting on my eyes and my smile and my boobs were barely glanced at. It was bloody marvellous I can tell you. Now, 'some' years on though, my scars are keloid and unattractive and while I don't regret for a second having the buggers cut off, I do struggle with the scaring and find that I feel less 'womanly', especially when I'm on top and my lover has a perfect view of the 'boob smile' and stitching around the nipple. I'm always up front about it, so it's never a surprise for them but even still, it does bother me a smidgen, especially since I've had 2 kids and they aren't anything near perky any more!My point is that like it or not, our boobs can be an important part of what makes us feel womanly. If you get them, erm, altered, you may well be happy with them for some years to come, but consider too that every choice leaves its mark; if you're content with that, I think you already know your answer. But for what its worth, I kinda like that the boobs of the over 30s don't look like those of a 20 year old. Our bodies grow and mature and tell the story of our life and experiences - and that is a happy thing! It seems only right that our breasts tag along for the tale, in whatever shape they're in.But that's just my thoughts - no doubt you'll get a plethora of experiences and insights to help guide your choice. Good luck!IAT

I'm hearing you - I go through the same thoughts at times about my boobs! I would like to get a boob job myself, but then I think about the complications that may happen.. The cost... Whether I would like them etc etc. But if getting a breast enhancement will make you happier about yourself then do what is right for you! But do your research well! Whether you get a boob job or not - love your body for what it is n enjoy it everyway you can!

Similar age, similar body type. Mine aren't what they used to be and as I've become more athletic theyve become even smaller. I've now got little a-cup boobs that have fed 3 children. They don't look too bad but a part of me really wishes for something more substantial. That said I wouldn't go under the knife. Too many risks to consider for me. I'm just learning to love them for the pleasure they bring me. Shall we form the itty bitty titty committee? Bags I'm the president and chief itty bitty titty inspector. A x

the natural look and feel is always the best.... fake ones are just... well fake! in fact, if I love the fake ones so much, I just put it on myself and viola, breast 24x7! ha ha....seriously though, i love the softness and the imperfections that gives them.... personalities... ha ha... (I'm talking about them as another entity!). I think a women should feel sexy and confident in their own skin... including their natural breast! as for babes who responded so far..... thanks for pointing out your breast! nice twins!

I had mine done about 5yrs ago.... And it was hands down the best money I've ever spent. I had wanted to get them done since I was about 18 as I had small b's that deflated even more after kids. I b/f two kids before and one after (Yes! It's possible). The decision was completely mine hubby was happy eitherway and always told me that so. My best advise is do lots of research and make sure your surgeon gives ample time to discussing what would suit YOU (something I fear is missing from Thailand holiday surgery) I have 550cc which make mine an E. I am continuously told they don't look as big as an E but then again I hardly ever wear a bra... But Push the girls up in a good bra and the look pretty huge, staying that I am nearly 6 foot so on some one petite 550 would most likely be WAY overboard.... My point is if you decide to go ahead, see what suits you and discuss if you may need a lift. You outcome is VERY dependent on your existing shape and tissue. A close friend of mine was boarder line for needing a lift but just got the implants, she is extremely disappointed and is planning on having them removed. I love mine & I would do it again in a heart beat because of the confidence I have with my body now, I feel like a real woman- I know that sounds cliche but I would never be seen naked or in a bikini before, now there everywhere, I guess that was just my self confidence issues. I still enjoy getting screwed on my tummy so no probs there (except maybe a little down time post surgery). Having worked in medical clinics I have seen them when they wrong, honestly it is bad, very bad - with every surgery there are risks so I guess it's just something you have to weigh up and do everything your told regarding aftercare. One strange side effect is that my nipples are ALWAYS hard, not sure if its just me or not?!? Doesn't bother me though they don't hurt or anything- but I had not heard of that before. I'm really loving the open, upfront nature of this site- it's so refreshing :) If you have any questions just ask- I have them in my public pics so feel free to take a sqizz. Luna - Posted from rhpmobile Luna..... your Doc did a fine job.Ive seen a few, and yours are expertly done, and fit your frame well. Many women go too large so that its overly obvious theyve been done.A friend had hers done around 5 years ago too... similarly to yours, her nipples are at constant state of hardness too. That is not to say they are constantly sensitive, as she had a reduction in sensitivity from her enlargement.DG

I went twice to two different doctors to get a reduction After I undid my top and took of my bra both men cupped my breasts and said your breasts are perfect, and that was that I went again when older and the doc said, your breasts are just fine they could do with a slight lift but it will not be from me go home. Now my boobs are lower, but I know guys just love em to fondle them as they are so soft and to snuggle into my boobs. I am a lucky woman and I never think its wrong for any woman or man to change part of their own body if that is what they want. We live longer and now with good medical practice then we can change things. I changed my nose, I had a huge honker and when in my mind twenties I got it changed and never regretted it. I am lucky I have good breasts even for my age. now do they have arse transplants? Meeka be an arse organ doner ta

In so many way I want them in so many way I don't. Thank god this is really my only problem in life. I've never been with a woman with fake one. I suppose that would be the closest I would get to know how they feel and if I want them. That's the only thing stopping me I suppose is the feel. I don't want big huge ones. I just want my perky ones back. In saying that I am happy in my skin and I can live with my kids killed boobs. I'm not going to say my sons real name but he did suck the life out of them as a baby and his father use to call him "John boob sagger".

I've contemplated a lift but it seems such barbaric surgery, often leading to odd shapes and yukky scars :( Between sagging, stretch marks and loss of volume, I'm not sure which I think is worse. Perhaps the devil I know. If I could get implants and fix what I'm not happy with, I'm pretty sure I'd do it in a heartbeat, but sadly they won't do the job for me. OP, I say go with your instincts and do what feels good and right to you :)

But I just had a look at your pictures and I personally don't think you need them, yours look nice and perky, and are a decent size. While I am a breast lover in general, my preference will always be a set of perky naturals as compared to perky implants. This being said twice in my life I have been tricked by "fake" breasts. I knew they were fake but the next morning when we woke up, I had to ask myself, are those real or fake? Whoever did that surgery knew what he/she was doing.

my opinion, if a lady wishes to get her boobs done and if it is solely for her own reasons and not to make others happy or in hope to look better for others , then DO HEAPS OF RESEARCH and then some more and if you are still keen, go for it.i like many love a nice set of boobs, but there is so much more than just a nice set. To many go out and get boob jobs do and to me many just do look right.I am A BOOB MAN, just love them. But this dosent mean i want a lady to have a perfect set.

All sized natural boobs are sexy in my opinion. I accept that my opinion my not be worth much as a man as I experience breasts from the opposite to all you women, however to me the most important factor in making boobs sexy is a woman's attitude to them. Be proud of them and stick them out boldly whatever their size and they'll look sexy and you'll get my attention.

I haven't read the replies on here but I say if you can afford it get them done!!!! Mine are 6 weeks old. I got a lift as well as implants but done on seperate occasions. I was a B and am now a 12DD but need to get a proper fitting done soon. I am really happy except I wish I went 1 size bigger (and this happens alot apparently). I feel more confident that's for sure. The scarring is still pretty visible but in a year and with good care they'll fade. I only wish I got them done earlier. For both procedures it was $18k and I got $2k off because I haggled with my surgeon seeing as I got 2 procedures, he usually charges $11990.

From a personal perspective, my advice to you is - do it!!!I had my first pair done 13 years ago, loved them so much! Second, and much larger set, was installed 2 years ago, love them even more... I had/have silicon gel and I have never had any issues. The reason I got them was nothing to do with how people saw me, like you, my hubby didn't mind either way, it was purely for my own sake. I was beyond flat, all I had was a couple of poor saggy nipples - sad sad sight! Breastfeeding 4 children sucked the life out of those things. I did not feel like a complete woman and my self esteem suffered a little. Now I feel absolutely amazing!!! Be sure to do your research prior to any decisions and another piece of advice from me would to see a plastic surgeon not a cosmetic surgeon! It is an expensive procedure, and yes I may well have contributed to my doctors new mercedes but what he gave me was my life and womanhood back to me!!! I have worked hard my entire adult life, built up a successful business and deserve to spend my own money any way I see fit!!!

I think any alteration to your body/looks is okay, as long as you can afford it, it is safe and the need for it comes from a healthy place in your mind. Too much plastic surgery is done to try and make oneself 'feel better', rather than address the real issues behind low self esteem or self worth. In a lot of cases if more care and attention was paid to the inside of the mind & body, then accepting & being comfortable with the outside would come more easily. Having said that, if I could afford a "mummy makeover" I would probably do it, but I don't hate my body and don't feel a desperate need to change the way I look to make myself feel better.

A friend of mine got hers done, the amount of confidence it gave her was unreal.. (Albeit was due to all the male attention that she wasn't used to) but I think if it makes u happy, do it. - Posted from rhpmobile

If you felt horrifically distressed about them and it impacted your life I would agree that you should seriously consider it. Can I ask the ladies who have gone ahead, is counselling mandatory? TR - Glad to hear your story, sound like awesome surgeons. But by looking at your pic, man, you have great looking tits! But it's about how you feel. Like breast cancer survivors, breast reconstruction is a major part of healing. This is your decision and I'm pleased to read that you are considering this for YOU only. If it's no great biggie, just a whim of a wish, don't go there. Good luck with your decision.

When I was 15 with full DD boobs, I seriously considered a reduction. Now at 40 as they start to lose their fullness and firmness, I've seriously considered implants and a lift. It's a weird world :)

I was always a decent C cup. Breast fed all three of my kids for at least 18mths each... From my 30's - early 40's I still had C cups but minus the perkiness... then a a few years ago... they became fuller again and are now a decent sized D cup! I'm pretty well the same body weight & fitness (sort of) so maybe a hormonal thing I'm not sure... most of the women in my family seem to grow fuller, larger breasts as they get older... My sister actually got implants, in her late 30's to fill out her once bouncy D cups... now she is in her early 50's and has HUGE boobies... E+ or something! I kinda like my genetic breast enlargements!

I have had the ability as part of my job to feel all sorts of breasts both real and fake... and will say that in my experience you can always pick the fake ones. Doesn't matter how good a job has been done there is always an element of fake feeling to them. So saying that there have been many advances in implantation products in recent years. But no matter what you decide to do...all I can suggest is research the surgeon (definitely plastic over cosmetic surgeon), ask for recommendations from patients, talk to other woman in the area... get second and maybe even a third opinion because once you do this there is no real going back. Yes you could have them removed but your breasts will never be the same as they were. At the end of the day, whatever choice you make, it is your body to with as you wish... no one has the right to tell you otherwise!

Sorry if this appears to be a post hijack, I feel strongly about this. I'm the other side of the coin, My first bra was a 12C, no joke I was eleven went to bed flat as a board and woke up with these massive boobs. By the time i was 16 I was in an E cup. I grew up with men oggling my while I was walking to school, in the mall with my parents, fast forward and now I work in a male dominated industry and I've gotten great at hiding them but not a single day goes past without some jerk making a reference to the size of my cans. I've even gotten to the point that for important meetings I will strap my boobs down with bandages to conceal them because I get tired of having to repeat myself because the puppies were stealing the show. I'm now 27, and I have a 12H puppies. Personally I hate them, If I had the money I'd go down to a 12C again, maybe a D. I don't understand why women want to go larger than a C cup, even a D cup. Although on reading this I can understand how they tie in so closely to feeling feminine and your self esteem. If it's a change for yourself, and you have seriously considering it and it is what you really want then go ahead, only you can make the decision. On saying that I would still like show you some points from the other side of the fence for you to consider. 1) Lingerie shopping - Most bras made for a D cup and above are not actually sufficient enough to hold the weight of a D cup, I'm led to believe with implants it's a little different because they stay perky and upright and don't fall out of your bra but still a consideration. Also the larger you go, the harder it is to find nice lingerie or anything sexy and if you do there's a massive price tag (the cheapest 12H bra I've been able to buy was $129.95 and it was beige, all my bra's are black, white or beige cause that's all thee is to choose from). 2) Pain - i'm not talking surgery pain. I am talking headaches, neck aches, the annoying pain in between your shoulder blades that leaves you a miserable and tired wreck by the end of the day and also puts your physio and chiro's kids through private school. 3) Shoulder grooves - I don't know how many people have seen shoulder grooves, but they happen. They are these deep grooves on your shoulder from the constant pressure of your bra pulling down on your shoulders. 4) Exercise - I can't do anything that involves running, jumping, fast movements, cross trainer. Boob bounce hurts. I run at work sometimes, I get laughed at because I'm that girl sprinting down the road holding a boob in each hand. 5) Sleeping - There is nothing worse than waking up because you've rolled over and your boob is sandwiched in your underarm and you have to use your free hand to pull it free. 6) Sagging and stretching over time - gravity gets a hold and it just goes downhill two common problems stretch marks and nipple stretch. These are just some things to consider, like I said mine are real, they've always been this big, so they don't sit all high and perky and stay in the one place like implants do. I have friends that have had it done and loved it and others that have regretted it, the ones who have regretted it have cited some of the points I've mentioned above. Alrght ladies go ahead and crucify me now!

Quoting 'CuriousGirl1985' Alrght ladies go ahead and crucify me now! Thanks for sharing This post sums up my thoughts exactly of no one knows a situation like the person at hand. Sure, everyone is entitled to their 2 cents but the person who really matters is the person making the decision. If they are ultimately happy with the decision they making then its no one else's place to pass judgement.

Alrght ladies go ahead and crucify me now! ------I would never crucify anyone for their opinion or POV, and i understand that extra large cans would be a burden.... I do agree on some points although i think there are vast difference between real and fake ( and mine are only an E, Im sure a H very different)1 - Lingerie shopping is a pain, there are few sexy bras above a D, and they are exxy... but wear them so infrequently that the few i do have are not going to wear out soon.2 - Upper back work in the gym, yoga etc (fitness is a major part of my life- although i know its not for everyone) my back is fine - so far3 - no bra - no grooves4 - I run heaps, swim, do body combat, ride mx and any kind of sport you can imagine.... strap them up in a good sports bra and they not move at all (a vast difference in real v's fake i guess)5 - they dont really fall under my arms but can get squashed as i sleep by a stray arm or leg (or two if my lucky lol) no biggy for me6 - Only time will tell but 5 years (an another baby) later and I couldn't be happier with the shape etc..I guess i am a success story and I know for a fact there are some not so successful .... its good to hear other pov/opinions and that why i like the forums..

My reduction was the best thing I ever did and if you can find a way to finance it - I would recommend it in a heart beat (I got mine done in the UK on the National Health Service on medical grounds so didn't pay a penny - I wonder if there's an equivalent thing here through Medicare?)Having said that, I'm not sure to what extent the same considerations will apply for Bisubtouse - unless she is planning on going that big.Regardless, I think what you've shared is absolutely worth sharing.

The sexiest thing about a woman in my opinion is when she is happy and confident with herself. A woman with "imperfect" breasts who loves her look and her boobs is much sexier than a plastic silicone wonder who is still inhibited about her body. I guess i am trying to say that beauty comes from within and has nothing to do with perky breasts, well at least for me.....

I actually created a blog on this very subject, for ladies interested in travelling abroad for breast surgery. I went so far as to list all the possible different scenarios, the questions that will be put to you and knowledge you need to be able to confidently handle the consultations and walk out with what you want.I'm 6ft, slim and have always had A cup boobs... even after 3 children, I looked like I did before I had them. No change whatsoever. I got mine done in November last year having a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) combined with an Areolar reduction and implants 375cc in each. So a 3 in 1 :) I walked out with E cups, that most don't realise are E cups. They sit naturally, not too much projection (I chose moderate plus profile because I have a wide chest) I chose silicone textured round and chose to have the placement as subglandular.I now look in the mirror and think they look small. They don't feel big nor do they look big to me. I have the height and build to have them suit me and the only people that really seem to notice my boobs are the ones who knew before I got them. The hospital Bumrungrad International in Bangkok was fantastic, one of the top internationally visited and recommended to me by another fellow RHP member (bless their cotton socks)And should I ever decide to get a revision done, I will definitely be going back there :)

Guess that's my biggest question... Knew one girl who decided to get a boob job, paid 10k, they looked great, but obviously enhanced (she had a very small frame). After having them for awhile I remember she went to a hens night and came back very upset because all of the ladies she was with apparently made fun of her implants! I saw her afterwards and she seemed really upset, like she wanted to impress but hadn't. Then a little later down the track her fiancé and her had some difficulties and I remember her getting drunk and saying that the only reason she got her boobs done was for him (he wasn't paying her any attention, etc). Kind of sad. I'm very sure this isn't always the case, and I would fully encourage anyone to improve their body if that's what THEY really wanted. My mum recently had some breast tissue from under her arms removed, obviously not as involved as a breast augmentation but still a surgical modification (and in fact I'd like to get it done too at some point). I guess what I'm saying is do you really want them? For you? Is it worth it? The Money -- and remember, you will essentially be committing to future operation(s) on them. As your body matures, you may need adjustments or different implants. This was explained very well on a TV series I've just been watching called "The Ugly Face of Beauty" where a prominent UK doctor talks about plastic surgery and the best way to choose a doctor, possible complications, etc. If you're interested, he talks about boobs in episode 1. He in no way discourages people from getting surgery, just wants people to be informed. Personally. I don't think you need them! You look fantastic, the ones that you have compliment your body. It works. But that's just what I think :P

I think you should love the way you are and the way you look.Don't make sacrifices or take big risks just for looking beautiful. Some people set-up a great example in front of us of how they fight their disabilities and learn to live happily and without.Worries is the mother of all unhappiness.

Quoting 'CravingBlonde' From a personal perspective, my advice to you is - do it!!!I had my first pair done 13 years ago, loved them so much! Hopefully ill see them in person when you visit sydney!Be sure to do your research prior to any decisions and another piece of advice from me would to see a plastic surgeon not a cosmetic surgeon! It is an expensive procedure, and yes I may well have contributed to my doctors new mercedes but what he gave me was my life and womanhood back to me!!! I have worked hard my entire adult life, built up a successful business and deserve to spend my own money any way I see fit!!!

there is much to be said about a boob reduction I dont look back on my desicion to have had a reduction for all the right reasons !!!and thats my piont,if you are not happy with them then grab the opportunity to acept change and the technology out there to make that happen.Do your research ,make a decicion and dont let anyone talk you out of it ,they are not the ones wearing them ...lol mine were hiddiously huge and uncomfotable, not to mention the medical problems . they are now the right size for my body frame and oh so sexy !! or atleast thats how they now make me feel . i have hardly any scares and thankfully still have nipple sensation i can wear sexier outfits wirh confidence sexier bras and even NO bras ... which is so cool I can run without the painfull bounce men dont talk down to my boobs any more its just a few testimonilal positives about having smaller boobs you are welcome to check them out on my profile ,sorry there are no before and after pics ..lol what ever you decide ,hope it is a happy and wise choice good luck
